Another great video, Peter. I've only flown into LGA in the daytime but even at night, I could still recognize the places I flew over. These LGA views NEVER get old.
Wow peter awesome video I enjoyed all the views as always from the jet blue a320s in the beginning at the gate and also the tower controller hearing at towards approach and also wow I loved the boat views that was very exciting I hope to see more boat views for landings 😊
Awesome video thank you love to hear the air traffic. I think that was about the best part of the video. Oh, and of course the views of Manhattan but I love listening to ATC traffic on the ATC app and also on my radio scanner. Thanks again for the video.
Great video. Love your content!👍 Also do you have the flight radar 24 app? It shows in real time all the aircrafts in the air and ground. So, you'll see what runway is currently being used. 😊
That was a pretty “unprofessional” NATCA LGA Tower Controller(Local)! He never issued proper landing clearance for both the Delta and the one plane following.
Every plane responds to or repeats ATCs instructions. The reason why you don't hear some pilots (those going to HPN and from EWR) on the LaGuardia approach control frequency is because late at night many frequencies are combined to be handled by one controller, specifically the LGA arrival controller so the HPN and EWR pilots are also being handled by the same controller BUT they are transmitting their responses on the normal frequency for their airspace. The LGA approach controller can actually hear them fine but the pilots on the LGA approach frequency can't. The radio I'm tuned in to is just for LGA arrivals but if I were to listen to, say the HPN approach frequency, I would only hear the pilots going to HPN and it would sound like the LGA arrivals aren't responding.
Nice! These views never get old. Another idiot w a laser? I remember another one of your videos, from last year or so, where you encountered the same problem. Is that done to disturb planes specifically or it's just some random person playing with his mini porta-laser?
I also have a video from several years ago, where my aircraft was actually hit by a laser while approaching Reno! I happened to be recording at the time and filmed the laser strike!

Thanks! So true! I hope you get to fly to LGA soon!
Great video as always and excellent views over Manhattan!
As always, thank you Mary!

Many thanks!
Nice view of a nighttime Manhattan. Ah, reminds me of our many boat trips passing LaGuardia in the good old days! Keep them coming...
I'm still at it!
Thanks for the info + video!
:-)
Thank you for your great videos

ATC is my favorite part too! Thanks for watching!
Great view of my alma mater Rikers Island just before touchdown. It’s always lit up bright.
It sure is
Thanks for the video Peter. Why does Boeing have larger windows than Airbus?
I wish I knew!
i wish Dl had the ATC like UA does i stay glued to that channel when i flew UA
UA no longer has ATC.
@@PeterMasella really they dont thats wrong and another reason not to fly UA

It was bizarre for sure!
did they miss a checklist item re transponder?
I wonder!

im like you i hate it when the cabin lights are on i love to look out the window
I know, right?

Didn’t get cleared to land until the last second… Not cool at all.
It was bizarre
