doesn't make sense in areas with high humidity already ! Mist in these are produced not by heat but by vibrations using a ultrasonic vibrating plates, which breaks the water into vapours.
Florida is probably needing a "dehumidifier." That's a different video. The water dribbling out of an air-conditioner shows that air-conditioners dehumidify in addition to cooling, so the usual thing is to depend on an air-conditioner to reduce temperature and squeeze water out of the air. Whether it's a whole-house air conditioner or an in-window air conditioner, the constant dribble of water coming out of the bottom will need to be planned for. A good salesman should be able to calculate the size air conditioner required for your space. If you buy one that's too powerful, the temperature will drop too quickly, and the condenser will turn off before sufficient dehumidifying took place. And if the air conditioner isn't powerful enough, it simply will never cool sufficiently when the temperature gets high and the sun is beating on your walls. Go to Amazon and search for item "B07G148BW3" That's a cheap tabletop thermometer / hygrometer (measure temperature and humidity), recommend getting a handful of them and scattering them around the house. They're not very accurate, but good enough to see that when the air conditioner is turned on, it's nice to see the temperature and humidity falling. And then as the air conditioner keeps cycling on and off, the humidity should keep falling a little more every time. When the humidity goes over 60% (or something like that) and stays high like that for a long time, mold and mildew start to grow indoors, and that becomes a health concern. So that's another reason to monitor humidity as well as temperature. If your air conditioner isn't dropping the indoor humidity below 50%, then something needs to be done.
I vote for the second place (Vornado Ultra) to be the best if that is possible, i am sorry it is a good video and whole review but second is my choice.

Do these make sense in the Humid Florida Summer? and how can the mist really be cool is it's steam?

Nothing is said about cleaning and de calcifying; not necessary?
