Hi Adrienne, I got back with my ex after 4 months together , I kept contacting him to ask for second chance and wasn’t his idea , we went for 4 dates and went to his place to spend time together. He decided to let go of the relationship because of stresses ( work, daughter and ex wife , new career goal) he is 60 year old . First, and with all due respect to your heart and feelings, your capacity to receive is way low right now. I believe you have coupled desire with rejection, meaning you have been triggered by a man who has ran away and cut off all contact and see him as high quality (i.e. a trick our dna plays on us.). Which means as badly as he is treating you (avoidance/neglect) you are okay with it, and would like to love this person again. You see what a paradox this is? So I want you to deliberately move your focus away from a desire to contact him and have a result to spending a few weeks mastering what you want love in your life to look and feel like. Will it feel like rejection? Abandonment? Being tossed away and blocked? Spend some time on this. Get clear on what love will look and feel like. Lastly, after you have TRULY done this work and connected yourself with love, how love can feel and look in your life, promise to practice this for at least two weeks... if the impulse is still there to contact him, send a letter, certified if you must. Yet please invest in the program if you have not already to get ALL the steps needed. Your vibe is more powerful than you know! Love to you!!!
