Okay so like is karma real then if our minds is under mk ultra so its like we dont really know who we are because we have these like split personalities because you have to act a certian way in school, at work , around your friends because it like if everything is in our minds and if we stop thinking the way that we were thought to think if we start to think like within ourselves will it like still possibly have karma ? @Ashlyn Queen When you "need" someone back, it means something in you is incomplete without them. That's desperation; no one (narcissists not included) wants that kind of pressure on them. Women especially experience this with men who idolize them. When you reach the point where the thing you want no longer completes you, i.e. you're happy without it, that's when the thing will show up. As many have mentioned on here, they realized the person they wanted was not that great. So they had to learn something about themselves to get past whatever fantasy they had that this person was "the one". You will attract the person you want by being your best self; model that which you seek. We can all tell deep down when someone is truly complete on their own and not seeking us to do it for them. It is hard; no doubt about it. I am going through similar things on many levels. Choosing to not want something so that it will show up...what?? It doesn't make logical sense. All I know is the chase will get you nowhere and will push them further away. It's always a lesson, and the only thing we can do is choose how quickly we learn it. I am learning mine at a deep cost, and it is hard to accept that cost in order to move forward.

We have been attracting couple who have broken up in over 60 different countries. I have always felt (theory) that the tears or feelings sends out a vibration into the energy field. It reaches them at some point (takes time) signaling them back. This is not because it is meant to be - it is because they are responding to the strong energy you sent out and they don't know how to respond to it, so they contact you. It's best to move on in most cases unless you see a dramatic change in them. One thing is for sure - it takes years for someone to change.

Change does not happen by coincidence, and to leave things by Chance doesn’t work neither. Yet one needs to understand that choices must be made and with that decision point wether it comes from a male or females perspective yet bringing that person to sudden she’ll shock and making the affected lover come to realization and the initiating person being patient and watching it unfold and seeing the redaction along with a response and intentions to decide If the person is worth keeping or better off without them this could work I would say half the time but if it was just an act try because Of a person being selfish or trying to draw attention for ones own doing and being foolish while with someone you stand way in time getting that person back unless the person comes clean and accepts all the negatives and turns all that in to positives it’s in no books! @@Mariamhamwi Sorry to hear it, but I have read about the most intense break ups and people still got back together with their person using LOA techniques. I emailed my one a few days ago after 60 days of no contact and he has not replied. But I'm still not giving up on my marriage. But I do need to work on resistance and letting go. Best of luck to you

I was attached to this guy for 4 months then I just let it go and the LITERAL next day we finally got to meet and I realized I didn't even like him.. I was like what even the universe really just wants you to release the attachment it's true
Yes, sometimes you think you want something and then find out they are not what you wanted after all. Sometimes I have wished for something so much and then I get it, and wonder why I even fussed about it as it is not what I wanted.
I did this with my ex, After 6 months of not speaking I tried visualizing being with him everyday for 3 months. Then an insane circumstance happened where we ran into each other at a festival. Turns out he was still a jerk though so yes I got what I wanted to manifest but it's really a "be careful what you wish for" thing ;) I mean it was really crazy, I even put a dress on my wall by my door and I'd always say "the next time I see him I'll be wearing that dress" and that's exactly what happened!

I have been studying LOA for over two years and it works great. It's given me a lot of creative power. It's really cool once you understand how it works. Trust the universe has your back, what you want is a done deal and then let go! Think about the feeling. I like what you added about the 20 minutes before bed, will begin using that immediately. This adds color to what I have already been practicing. Nice job!!
The Byronicmann my boo came back as soon as I decided I would be happy with or without him. I bought a gratitude journal and started writing everything I was thankful for every day and I also wrote things I loved about our relationship then I decided to live life to the fullest he was still on my mind but I always say to myself "GOD works everything out for my good" two weeks after doing that I was eating Taco Bell and their hot sauce always have like random sayings well the one I picked up said "they always come back" took it as a sign from the universe then left it at that two days later I get a message from him that he misses me and needs me. Great vid! you speak well! One of the things I struggle with is how it seems the general public opens up to you easier, quicker and better when you are with an attractive female by your side. It's like having a pretty girl gives instant acceptance and everyone is friendly. Guys want to shoot the shit, other girls seem to flirt with me more and so on. It's like doors open all over the place. But when it is just me solo, it feels like I am almost invisible sometimes. And I have paid attention to how I am acting when I am solo versus with a pretty girl. I am the same. Happy go lucky type that wants to talk. But it's funny, it just isn't received the same as to when a pretty woman is standing with you. I wish it just was not so black and white or I wish I more unaware and did not notice the drastic change as much.

Why are people so obsessed with getting their ex's back? I would not play god on that topic because there must be a reason why someone is now your ex. People should stop waisting their time chasing the ex and instead take care of themselves and let go. Maybe you are not meant to be together. Maybe you don't match. Maybe the both of you need to learn to take care of yourselfs first before bounding. It could be that the universe has something amazing for you and you should give it a try and trust it. Get yourself together, learn to be independent, learn to live and love life, love yourself, make experiences and if you and your ex are meant to be, then it will be. Just let go and trust.
just because you "want" doesnt mean that you should and that your ex feels the same. Running after the ex would only bring that person to not wanting you, in other words, it would just push the other person more away.

Keerthi Vasu you can and should not try to break somebody else's will, they have to do it for themselves. What you are trying to do with is to force somebody's feelings to your favor and that is something you don't do. Never ever force someone to love you, because that could backfire very quickly and don't abuse the LoA to force certain feelings from from people.

Keerthi Vasu you just said it "she's not interested" so thats the part when you have to let go. True love goes both ways. The love needs to be felt by both parts and not just one. It's time for you to move on.
Completely agree! Specially with the last part! I have seen exes coming back when I have let them go. Exes are exes. Keep them in the past! Move on. Chances are that you will find someone better that truly deserve you.
About 90% of the time you should not want to attract an ex back. It's usually just a unconscious way people use to take away the pain of loneliness and feeling unloved. Nothing more

Hello all Allow me to put this into the universe. I met a young lady. She had a boyfriend but gave me her number anyway. We communicated on and off. I told her how I felt and it made her balk 😔 I fell back lightly not wanting to overwhelm her but something in her I wanted to explore. I remained calmly vigilant and kept communication open and she responded. The feeling that I felt didn't come from her per se but from how I felt when influenced by thoughts of her. We had a few encounters of amazement but it always seemed hot and cold. Cancer? Sagittarius¿... It's almost as if we were perfect for each other just at the "wrong time" I've noticed a difference in me since I last saw her. I've been maintaining my countenance, it just seems harder to smile inside knowwhatimean??? Anyway ...what do you guys think about this? I'm going to put her name into the universe...Shalimar.
personally, I'm the girl in your situation but once I found out how to be happy on my own, I realized forgiveness and honestly still have feelings for him. I know that there are 2 sides to every situation and I don't know what he was going through at the time
I disagree with letting it go. The idea is to create what you want from the beginning, without attachment and with innocence, and to keep your clear focus on what you want again and again. If you do eventually decide to let it go (and not think about it again), this is only after you have placed enough energy into it so that the vacuum that will pull it to you will be created, just like with compulsion and habit.
Miss Molly Molly, you are exactly right, I have had this experience with almost all of my manifestations. The correct concept of "Letting go" refers to letting go of an awareness of not having something, and instead just methodically focusing on the feeling of already having through visualization, etc. The idea is that this simulates the experience of already having something and puts that energy and vibration out into the Universe (and dissolves resistance to receiving it). Doing this long enough builds the energy and feeling of already having it - depending on one's resistance this can take some time or be done in an instant.
Patricia Lopez "Without attachment" usually means that you are relaxed about manifesting so that when you do manifesting techniques, you are not worrying about whether they will not work. This is so important because if you consistently and strongly doubt, you can slow down or prevent your manifestation because you are putting out energy contrary to you having what you want to manifest. To get to a point of non-attachments, it's helpful to both build faith in your manifesting abilities, and to also know and feel that whatever the outcome of your manifesting efforts, you will be okay and have a good life. This way you can manifest from a place of peace and power.

You have no idea how much i needed this right now. I honestly agree with everything you're saying. When you start to figure yourself out and cut out the previous relationship memories you start to allow that energy to come back. Sooner or later he/she will come back. Just enjoy yourself for the time being.
Every relationship is meant to teach us something about ourselves...whether it's something we want or don't want. As long as we have an understanding that the ex was there for a reason...we are ready to move forward. Yes, sometimes it would be nice to bring an ex forward (for us to find closure or think we would of done things differently) but they have "free will" as well. Unfortunately, we can't control an ex, nor can they control us, unless you want them to. Everyone knows what they want...we have built in radars inside ourselves...trust your inner guidance...that connects us to your truth. :)
Kayla Great..sit straight, put on your ear plugs and inhale and exhale for about 10 times. Than try to observe what is going inside your mind and body. Don't get distracted by outside world. Be in this state for about 15 mins and then come back slowly to consciousness. This needs to be practiced everyday.

Set yourself a few minutes of your day specially for visualizing them and then, forget about it. This practice is really hard to understand and put forth, but once you master it nothing can stop you. There's a common belief that LOA is an easy alternative for getting whatever you desire in life.. It's not that quite black and white though.
When I first watched this video a week ago I felt like an idiot because I didn't undestand one single thing that you were saying and wondering how constantly visualizing someone can help you to get over them but now after doing an intense research about the Law of Attraction I'm finally understanding how this works and I'll try my best to think and stay as positive as possible!

Very true Wow!! When i was 18 i meet my true first love. She broke up with me and i was crushed and wanted her back!! She never came back. So i started just hanging out with my friends never didnt find that special love out looking for it, but once i forgot about her she tried to come back into my life and i didnt even want her back.
I have been contemplating for a few days on what, or if I should write what I am about too. I am a 48 year old gay man. I am very fond of a co-worker who is much younger. They are 25. This is NOT an age thing, and I look like our 30's, but again, this is not about age, something else. Now, I know I will not get a response from Mr. Doughty; which is fine, but I do notice on many of his videos, people leaving remarks of was he has helped them, and offered their own advice, and right now I would appreciate that. Now, I want to give you the readers digest version, but I have a feeling I will be goin the scenic route. I never believed in 'love at first sight'. I always felt that was just something people said after they met their soul mate or partner they marry. But, I have had a very strange past few months. A little back story; which is important. When I went from private school to public I was on the basketball team and became close friends with (we will call him Joe). We were inseparable all through high school and after. I knew I was gay before I met Joe...you know at a young age when your Luke Skywalker and Han Solo action figures were sleeping in the same bed, and you left Leia with Chewy. The funny thing was Joe and I never did anything romantic until our senior year. He ended up marrying a wonderful woman and had children. But, I was crushed, but came out and moved to Florida for college. Being in a new cit...a NEW State was amazing, but living my truth was the best even though my parents stopped talking to me. I only had 3 partnes (boyfriends) between 1997-2008. I loved all three of them, but they were vastly different They are still ALL great men, and I only wish them the best in their lives. But, last year, I lost my closest friend, business, and so much more, but I found a great job, a month before my business closed, so there was some hope. I started in June 2019. I became close friends with a female co-worker who I confided in. She mentioned another co-worker who confided in her. We will call him Dave. Dave is handsome, very quiet. He seems very angry a lot f the time; which peaks my curiosity. I was a Counselor for a long time, so I love to sit and listen...watch. Things became odd when around March I had the most vivid dream. I dream a lot, but lately most of them are stressful. This was different. I had a dream Dave and I got married in Hawaii, and my family was there, and one thing that stood out was my mother hugged him and said, "We are so glad your part of the family now..." HE replied, "I never had one." My mother looked at him, "What?" Dave said, "He never had a family." After that he pulled out the small 5x4 wrapped gifts, and said to me "Are you ready?" And, even though it was my dream I was clueless. DAve smiled, that smile that got me the first time I saw him, "Remember????" Then it came to me. Thee wrapped gifts he handed my parents and my sisters family were pictured of an ultrasound of a woman having our child, but she was having quadruplets. Then I do not remember much else from the dream except I refused to go in the water because of sharks, and asking him if he had everything he wanted? He only said, "I would like a son too." Now, the dream got me thinking about Dave more then I usually did. My thoughts are not lustful at all, they are pure. Since then we do not see each other much at work due to varying shifts. We do not email or talk as we are not that close. There was one other dream I had after listening to another meditation to help me sleep. It was a friend of mine driving Dave and I in my truck somewhere, and Dave leaned over and kissed me, and he had that damn smile going and said, I hope are kids are ass tan as you?" I laughed because I am Irish I don't tan well. But in the previous dream the lady having our kids was Polynesian. Again, I just kissed him back and said, "You make me happy." So, the main reason for me writing all of this is that I have NOT had these type of feelings since I was with Joe back in High school. I honeslty LOVE the feelings, but am scared, because I remember how hurt I was when Joe left me. Like I explained to o you forget something like this/my female coworker, I do not think I truly oved the 3 other men I dated. I never felt like this, except when I was with Joe. How do you forget this? The only thing I can think of is I was young in another state and finally out of the closet. So, I know the right thing to do, be Daves friend, be yourself and everything will work out. My Aunt just lost her wife/partner of 40 years. They had a 20 year age difference and et when my aunt was the age I am now. So, the age thing is mute. With COVID going on it makes things difficult to hang out. But, I have been watching this young mans videos and a few others. My fear is this...getting hurt. It is nice to be able to feel this way for someone, but what happens if the object of ones affection is not returned. I am not sure if he feels the same r not, as he is very quiet, and I do not see him often where we can even talk. I always like to think we know deep in our hearts what to do, but I feel like I am square one with Dave. One last thing. the first time I saw him I was running in the gym at work and he came in. He got on the other treadmill, and I asked if he wanted the tv off? He shook his head no, and he smiled. I couldn't stop looking into his eyes as he smiled. That smile, I still cannot get it out of my head. When I think of Dave and I, and a future it is positive, but I also want him happy, even if it is not with me. I have a feeling the only advice anyone can give me is to just wait and see, and I am way to chicken to ask him out. I am a confident person, but, he and I work together, so I need to make sure I knowhow he feels about me before I move forward. Any advice is welcomed. Sorry for the long email.
Also, I do know what my sister meant by love at first sight. Maybe it wasn't love, and NOT lust, but I know Dave is meant to be an important part of my life. And for those of you thinking I have lost it, my previous way of thinking, I would agree with you. Every person I dated, except for Joe, I lusted for. When I think of Dave I think of what kind of dates we will go on, being married, having kids, laughing, I am not on Facebook, but when I told my female co-worker my favorite music and movies, she ran over to her computer and pulled up Daves….so many things the same; which I normally do not lik. Part of me does like someone who likes different things to learn from, but, this made me feel like we have something in common. Is it possible Dave could be my soul mate? So many videos on here say do not think about the other person becaue you could send bad energy. Who do you believe? What is the right thing to do? I feel like my head is spinning. I run every day, and work out, and that helps keep some focus. But, I do not want to scare Dave away or send bad energy to him. I feel like I did when I first met Joe back in 7th grade. My heart is racing like 100 miles an hour. I went to a very dark place when Joe left. I DO NOT want to get to go to that place ever again, so that is why I am scared. Sorry, just have a lot on my mind, and I use to be the person people came to for help, and I cannot seem to focus on anything lately.

I don't understand? Thinking about how it would feel to be with a person, you really want, before you go to sleep, sounds like the worst way to let that person go, and not control you mind...
Because when you sleep, it seeps through your subconscious- hence changing your limiting mindset that you are not loved. Hence, manifesting into your reality.
when my wife left me, I raised my wife's kids all by myself and then I changed my belief, I forgot her, but she came back! we had a black baby 7 months later! so I am proud to state that I raised 1 asian, 1 white and 1 black boy. I'm so grateful! thank you Aaron!

Letting people go is so powerful. Once a guy I liked stopped communicating and I deleted is number and I NEVER delete numbers. literally the next day he texted me and I didn't know who it was because he was texting different and seemed excited. And we finally hung out and had a great time. When you "need" someone back, it means something in you is incomplete without them. That's desperation; no one (narcissists not included) wants that kind of pressure on them. Women especially experience this with men who idolize them. When you reach the point where the thing you want no longer completes you, i.e. you're happy without it, that's when the thing will show up. As many have mentioned on here, they realized the person they wanted was not that great. So they had to learn something about themselves to get past whatever fantasy they had that this person was "the one". You will attract the person you want by being your best self; model that which you seek. We can all tell deep down when someone is truly complete on their own and not seeking us to do it for them.
It is hard; no doubt about it. I am going through similar things on many levels. Choosing to not want something so that it will show up...what?? It doesn't make logical sense. All I know is the chase will get you nowhere and will push them further away. It's always a lesson, and the only thing we can do is choose how quickly we learn it. I am learning mine at a deep cost, and it is hard to accept that cost in order to move forward.

Every time after a relationship I would always b crying and wanting them back but as soon as I start to move on they come back.
I have always felt (theory) that the tears or feelings sends out a vibration into the energy field. It reaches them at some point (takes time) signaling them back. This is not because it is meant to be - it is because they are responding to the strong energy you sent out and they don't know how to respond to it, so they contact you. It's best to move on in most cases unless you see a dramatic change in them. One thing is for sure - it takes years for someone to change.

I did this with my ex, After 6 months of not speaking I tried visualizing being with him everyday for 3 months. Then an insane circumstance happened where we ran into each other at a festival. Turns out he was still a jerk though so yes I got what I wanted to manifest but it's really a "be careful what you wish for" thing ;) I mean it was really crazy, I even put a dress on my wall by my door and I'd always say "the next time I see him I'll be wearing that dress" and that's exactly what happened!

I have been studying LOA for over two years and it works great. It's given me a lot of creative power. It's really cool once you understand how it works. Trust the universe has your back, what you want is a done deal and then let go! Think about the feeling. I like what you added about the 20 minutes before bed, will begin using that immediately. This adds color to what I have already been practicing. Nice job!!

The Byronicmann my boo came back as soon as I decided I would be happy with or without him. I bought a gratitude journal and started writing everything I was thankful for every day and I also wrote things I loved about our relationship then I decided to live life to the fullest he was still on my mind but I always say to myself "GOD works everything out for my good" two weeks after doing that I was eating Taco Bell and their hot sauce always have like random sayings well the one I picked up said "they always come back" took it as a sign from the universe then left it at that two days later I get a message from him that he misses me and needs me. Great vid! you speak well! One of the things I struggle with is how it seems the general public opens up to you easier, quicker and better when you are with an attractive female by your side. It's like having a pretty girl gives instant acceptance and everyone is friendly. Guys want to shoot the shit, other girls seem to flirt with me more and so on. It's like doors open all over the place. But when it is just me solo, it feels like I am almost invisible sometimes. And I have paid attention to how I am acting when I am solo versus with a pretty girl. I am the same. Happy go lucky type that wants to talk. But it's funny, it just isn't received the same as to when a pretty woman is standing with you. I wish it just was not so black and white or I wish I more unaware and did not notice the drastic change as much.

Why are people so obsessed with getting their ex's back? I would not play god on that topic because there must be a reason why someone is now your ex.
People should stop waisting their time chasing the ex and instead take care of themselves and let go.
Maybe you are not meant to be together. Maybe you don't match. Maybe the both of you need to learn to take care of yourselfs first before bounding. It could be that the universe has something amazing for you and you should give it a try and trust it.
Get yourself together, learn to be independent, learn to live and love life, love yourself, make experiences and if you and your ex are meant to be, then it will be. Just let go and trust.

Keerthi Vasu you can and should not try to break somebody else's will, they have to do it for themselves. What you are trying to do with is to force somebody's feelings to your favor and that is something you don't do.
Never ever force someone to love you, because that could backfire very quickly and don't abuse the LoA to force certain feelings from from people.

Allow me to put this into the universe.
I met a young lady. She had a boyfriend but gave me her number anyway.
We communicated on and off. I told her how I felt and it made her balk 😔
I fell back lightly not wanting to overwhelm her but something in her I wanted to explore.
I remained calmly vigilant and kept communication open and she responded.
The feeling that I felt didn't come from her per se but from how I felt when influenced by thoughts of her.

I disagree with letting it go. The idea is to create what you want from the beginning, without attachment and with innocence, and to keep your clear focus on what you want again and again. If you do eventually decide to let it go (and not think about it again), this is only after you have placed enough energy into it so that the vacuum that will pull it to you will be created, just like with compulsion and habit.
Miss Molly Molly, you are exactly right, I have had this experience with almost all of my manifestations. The correct concept of "Letting go" refers to letting go of an awareness of not having something, and instead just methodically focusing on the feeling of already having through visualization, etc. The idea is that this simulates the experience of already having something and puts that energy and vibration out into the Universe (and dissolves resistance to receiving it). Doing this long enough builds the energy and feeling of already having it - depending on one's resistance this can take some time or be done in an instant.
Patricia Lopez "Without attachment" usually means that you are relaxed about manifesting so that when you do manifesting techniques, you are not worrying about whether they will not work. This is so important because if you consistently and strongly doubt, you can slow down or prevent your manifestation because you are putting out energy contrary to you having what you want to manifest. To get to a point of non-attachments, it's helpful to both build faith in your manifesting abilities, and to also know and feel that whatever the outcome of your manifesting efforts, you will be okay and have a good life. This way you can manifest from a place of peace and power.

Every relationship is meant to teach us something about ourselves...whether it's something we want or don't want. As long as we have an understanding that the ex was there for a reason...we are ready to move forward. Yes, sometimes it would be nice to bring an ex forward (for us to find closure or think we would of done things differently) but they have "free will" as well. Unfortunately, we can't control an ex, nor can they control us, unless you want them to. Everyone knows what they want...we have built in radars inside ourselves...trust your inner guidance...that connects us to your truth. :)

Kayla Great..sit straight, put on your ear plugs and inhale and exhale for about 10 times. Than try to observe what is going inside your mind and body. Don't get distracted by outside world. Be in this state for about 15 mins and then come back slowly to consciousness. This needs to be practiced everyday.

This practice is really hard to understand and put forth, but once you master it nothing can stop you.

Very true Wow!! When i was 18 i meet my true first love. She broke up with me and i was crushed and wanted her back!! She never came back. So i started just hanging out with my friends never didnt find that special love out looking for it, but once i forgot about her she tried to come back into my life and i didnt even want her back.
I have been contemplating for a few days on what, or if I should write what I am about too. I am a 48 year old gay man. I am very fond of a co-worker who is much younger. They are 25. This is NOT an age thing, and I look like our 30's, but again, this is not about age, something else. Now, I know I will not get a response from Mr. Doughty; which is fine, but I do notice on many of his videos, people leaving remarks of was he has helped them, and offered their own advice, and right now I would appreciate that. Now, I want to give you the readers digest version, but I have a feeling I will be goin the scenic route. I never believed in 'love at first sight'. I always felt that was just something people said after they met their soul mate or partner they marry. But, I have had a very strange past few months. A little back story; which is important. When I went from private school to public I was on the basketball team and became close friends with (we will call him Joe). We were inseparable all through high school and after. I knew I was gay before I met Joe...you know at a young age when your Luke Skywalker and Han Solo action figures were sleeping in the same bed, and you left Leia with Chewy. The funny thing was Joe and I never did anything romantic until our senior year. He ended up marrying a wonderful woman and had children. But, I was crushed, but came out and moved to Florida for college. Being in a new cit...a NEW State was amazing, but living my truth was the best even though my parents stopped talking to me. I only had 3 partnes (boyfriends) between 1997-2008. I loved all three of them, but they were vastly different They are still ALL great men, and I only wish them the best in their lives. But, last year, I lost my closest friend, business, and so much more, but I found a great job, a month before my business closed, so there was some hope. I started in June 2019. I became close friends with a female co-worker who I confided in. She mentioned another co-worker who confided in her. We will call him Dave. Dave is handsome, very quiet. He seems very angry a lot f the time; which peaks my curiosity. I was a Counselor for a long time, so I love to sit and listen...watch. Things became odd when around March I had the most vivid dream. I dream a lot, but lately most of them are stressful. This was different. I had a dream Dave and I got married in Hawaii, and my family was there, and one thing that stood out was my mother hugged him and said, "We are so glad your part of the family now..." HE replied, "I never had one." My mother looked at him, "What?" Dave said, "He never had a family." After that he pulled out the small 5x4 wrapped gifts, and said to me "Are you ready?" And, even though it was my dream I was clueless. DAve smiled, that smile that got me the first time I saw him, "Remember????" Then it came to me. Thee wrapped gifts he handed my parents and my sisters family were pictured of an ultrasound of a woman having our child, but she was having quadruplets. Then I do not remember much else from the dream except I refused to go in the water because of sharks, and asking him if he had everything he wanted? He only said, "I would like a son too." Now, the dream got me thinking about Dave more then I usually did. My thoughts are not lustful at all, they are pure. Since then we do not see each other much at work due to varying shifts. We do not email or talk as we are not that close. There was one other dream I had after listening to another meditation to help me sleep. It was a friend of mine driving Dave and I in my truck somewhere, and Dave leaned over and kissed me, and he had that damn smile going and said, I hope are kids are ass tan as you?" I laughed because I am Irish I don't tan well. But in the previous dream the lady having our kids was Polynesian. Again, I just kissed him back and said, "You make me happy." So, the main reason for me writing all of this is that I have NOT had these type of feelings since I was with Joe back in High school. I honeslty LOVE the feelings, but am scared, because I remember how hurt I was when Joe left me. Like I explained to o you forget something like this/my female coworker, I do not think I truly oved the 3 other men I dated. I never felt like this, except when I was with Joe. How do you forget this? The only thing I can think of is I was young in another state and finally out of the closet. So, I know the right thing to do, be Daves friend, be yourself and everything will work out. My Aunt just lost her wife/partner of 40 years. They had a 20 year age difference and et when my aunt was the age I am now. So, the age thing is mute. With COVID going on it makes things difficult to hang out. But, I have been watching this young mans videos and a few others. My fear is this...getting hurt. It is nice to be able to feel this way for someone, but what happens if the object of ones affection is not returned. I am not sure if he feels the same r not, as he is very quiet, and I do not see him often where we can even talk. I always like to think we know deep in our hearts what to do, but I feel like I am square one with Dave. One last thing. the first time I saw him I was running in the gym at work and he came in. He got on the other treadmill, and I asked if he wanted the tv off? He shook his head no, and he smiled. I couldn't stop looking into his eyes as he smiled. That smile, I still cannot get it out of my head. When I think of Dave and I, and a future it is positive, but I also want him happy, even if it is not with me. I have a feeling the only advice anyone can give me is to just wait and see, and I am way to chicken to ask him out. I am a confident person, but, he and I work together, so I need to make sure I knowhow he feels about me before I move forward. Any advice is welcomed. Sorry for the long email.
Also, I do know what my sister meant by love at first sight. Maybe it wasn't love, and NOT lust, but I know Dave is meant to be an important part of my life. And for those of you thinking I have lost it, my previous way of thinking, I would agree with you. Every person I dated, except for Joe, I lusted for. When I think of Dave I think of what kind of dates we will go on, being married, having kids, laughing, I am not on Facebook, but when I told my female co-worker my favorite music and movies, she ran over to her computer and pulled up Daves….so many things the same; which I normally do not lik. Part of me does like someone who likes different things to learn from, but, this made me feel like we have something in common. Is it possible Dave could be my soul mate? So many videos on here say do not think about the other person becaue you could send bad energy. Who do you believe? What is the right thing to do? I feel like my head is spinning. I run every day, and work out, and that helps keep some focus. But, I do not want to scare Dave away or send bad energy to him. I feel like I did when I first met Joe back in 7th grade. My heart is racing like 100 miles an hour. I went to a very dark place when Joe left. I DO NOT want to get to go to that place ever again, so that is why I am scared. Sorry, just have a lot on my mind, and I use to be the person people came to for help, and I cannot seem to focus on anything lately.

But he is the father of my children who has been taken over by a demon over the 21 years of marriage. Too hard to let him go...but it is what you say. Its finally happened. Because when you sleep, it seeps through your subconscious- hence changing your limiting mindset that you are not loved. Hence, manifesting into your reality.
when my wife left me, I raised my wife's kids all by myself and then I changed my belief, I forgot her, but she came back! we had a black baby 7 months later! so I am proud to state that I raised 1 asian, 1 white and 1 black boy. I'm so grateful! thank you Aaron!

Letting people go is so powerful. Once a guy I liked stopped communicating and I deleted is number and I NEVER delete numbers. literally the next day he texted me and I didn't know who it was because he was texting different and seemed excited. And we finally hung out and had a great time. I'm always so shocked by that because even if I hate the guy and won't answer his call, I'll keep the number to remember who it is and to not answer the call lol!

Aaron Doughty, you mention cause and effect in your video... the basis and ultimate law of life, something that goes even further than the oh so popular Law of Attraction. I practice my own form of meditation, I chant the words Nam Myoho Renge Kyo- it means "I devote/fuse my life with the Mystic Law of Cause and Effect through vibration." Ultimately its all about making the changes within ourselves to cause a ripple effect of change in other people. Its a lot easier said than done but I just wanted to share a little of my life philosophy as well. Thank you for the helpful videos
When you start to be the best version of yourself (again :)) after a breakup, you'll never want to go back, lower what you've became, to what you had before. It's all about you. Anyway, why will somebody go back when there are so many new fresh exciting opportunities/ potentials out there ... even if you think that you might not have a great person like the one you had, or a great relationship like the one you had, at some point your thinking is right ... because what you will have could be much greater, much higher, more spectacular, still never the same, because in every relationship you are different, you've changed, and you are attracting what you become ...isn't it wonderful?! take the best part, because if one of you is losing the feeling of love for the other, there is no resuscitation of it ...
