no its a traveling violation
the only way to take a 2 step it to drive in and do a lay up and a dunk (i’m not completely sure tho)
Yes, you can do it after you get the ball from a pass, thats what the triple threat is about (Dribble, pass or shoot).

Yes you definitely could! Just be sure you're not committing a double dribble foul - or any other violation - in the process!

If you hold the ball after you started dribbling, then dribble again then that is a double dribble

A double dribble is only when you dribble then have two hands on the ball with a pause then dribble again.
