I ordered the 3/4lb rope this week to change it up between the 1/2lb and the 1lb rope. I'd been waiting for these to come back since October. So excited. The colours are great too.

Crossrope are the best. So glad I invested in them. I'm pacing myself however. Bought the Get Lean and Get Strong sets and boy...what a great workout you get using them both. Will get the Heavy LE set one day...but too scared for now 😂❤️

Respectfully, I call these cables. I start with the 3lb in the morning for 10 minutes of torture. I can only do 13 seconds before taking a break. I then move to the 2 lb (Strong Set) for 10 minutes and 1 3/4 lb for the final 10, making it 30 minutes. A solid workout.
I hit the gym almost daily before gyms closed and thought I was in shape. I guess not. With Crossrope, while it's challenging, I keep it simple and just do basic in-place jumps. Even so, I am exhausted and drenched. I burn more calories than trying to follow video group fitness steps.

Do your stated weights include the handle weight as well?
For example, is the 1 lb. rope actually 1 lb. on its own or is it 1 lb. including the handle weight?

What is the difference between the handles for this Heavy LE set and the handles you get with the Get Strong set. I ordered the Get fit 2023 set, can I just order the ropes from this set as I progress and use the handles from the Get Fit set.

Went to order the 1.5lbs rope but they cannot deliver to my country. Seems like covid19 may have caused this. A pity since I love the original set and seemed to have mastered the 1lbs rope. The 2lbs is a big jump from the 1lbs so this 1.5lbs is a great addition.

Do you recommend the Heavy LE set for a beginner? Or will the 3/4 lb rope be too hard in the beginning?

I'm new to this, but they seem to have a following and I like mine. I had to see them as cables, not ropes, however because that's what they are. There are multiple videos on what differentiates these and whether people find them worthwhile.
