The GTC is amazing. Kempisky tried to stop its construction because it was supposed to steal the thunder from them but they didn't succeed. Now GTC has finally taken over.

Disney does not own the copy right of Hakuna matata. They were unable to obtain a copy right of Hakuna matata after trying so hard. That is why in Kenya we still sing the song Hakuna matata everywhere.

GTC has really improved the combination of business premises with residential apartments really sets it apart from the rest quite cool! The 4 bedroom is very expensive 1million Usd is serious I've seen quite well exclusive luxurious fully furnished apartments at better prices within westlands

GTC residential units are a joke for such a price. I've visited them and as an architect, I was disappointed. But then I guess that they got their market.
Keep in mind this is private funds not government, for my understanding. I’m open to learning. Most Kenyans I met spoke positively and often visit, work, rent, shop, own at the GTC

For what’s its worth most build to suit, it’s very bare minimum. But owners do amazing things with their unit.
