If you continue with the music, we ALL start CLOWNING you in the comments.
The music is not necessary. Your not booking loads on a computer
Hey ronin. I'm parked next to 259 in Black River Falls, WI. He helped me back into my spot since it was a blindside back. I'm appreciative.
Flatbed is booming right now . We can’t handle the amount of work we are getting.
🧢 mans lying, nobody listen to him stay with that dry van
I bet your whole flat bed fleet is manual!
awesome! good for you guys....roughly what rates are you doing??
But it is dead come winter time

Hey Ronan i’m a tanker driver. I would like if you can Start includeing tanker divisions. I appreciate you mentioning flatbed, dry van and reefer. As a rookie I have one year with Schneider bulk carriers. I Understand ET transport is in dry van and flatbed but you have very good informative information. Please include if possible.
Hi! Unfortunately, DAT doesn't spec tanker loads, but if we find a platform that does, we'd be more than happy to include them in our monthly reviews
I CAN’T HEAR YOU
No need of music please. We listen you for guid not for the entertainment
He means, kill that noise!
Agreed
Shut up
Right
What a lame
In the US, we have been flooded with too many new foreign drivers. Too much capacity now. Shippers love it. If things don't change this fall, don't expect this to get better. In fact, it will get worse. A new Bill that has 45% capital gains tax will plunge our nation into darkness.
We've gptbthe same problem up here in Canada with WAY to many drivers. More and more foreign. It sucks. And a BUNCH of them don't care about other truckers on the roadways
next time kill the music!
Agreed
Volunteer to edit his videos for free since you care so much.. the nerve!
I thought I was the only one, that's like some hotel lobby kinda music 😅
Been in Logistics for 8 years and worked as a National Sales Managers traveling the country visiting our top customers and all we see right now is customers cutting their partnerships for cheaper rates with no loyalties... Our brokerage alone let go 30% of our employees. Personally ive never seen it this bad and if you think weve bottomed out we have not, its going to get worse due to the current economy.
Love the comment, Thank u, would u be open to talking about it over a phone call with me?
Please reach out, sponsorship@ettransport.ca
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News I’ll shoot you an email, id be happy to give you any insight I can. It’s important for people in the Industry to understand where we’re at and also heading.
We don't need the music, thank you very much.
Just asking, can you include Ports/West Coast/Drayage/Freight too/opinions?
I came here just for all the comments saying no music 😂
Haha, there were so many 🫠
Please make a video on how to make a FSC program for a trucking company.
I like the music makes me feel a little bit better about how bad the rates are
The music isn’t bad if you turn it way down
hello from Uzbekistan!
Hello!
What i don't understand with all these major companies going bankrupt who is picking up their customers? Is this not the time to go in and hike rates as the shippers see what happens to these carriers they've probably had for years?
Great videos
We only have 2 trucks but we are doing a lot better this year compared to a year ago, stay out of debt and don’t haul cheap freight.
always better to take a vacation instead of cheap freight.
Just gotta manage what is within your ability to manage
Not specifically Schneider, but just tanker division in general will be very helpful because I think it’s a very very good division.
Unfortunately, DAT doesn't spec tanker rates for us to review, but if you know of a platform that does, we'd love to review it!
Music 2 loud 2 weird
Moob Man wearing a tight t shirt, he must be curious 🤔
Moob...Man?
Where in Chicago? I live here and would like to attend. Date and time?
Can you make a program about this truck,s with Doble plates Mexican plates and us. States I think this drivers also affect prices in all the loads on the border
70's porn music - WTF
also on DAT is showing us that the rate should be $3 per mile brokers pay us under 2 on Dry Vans and reefers so please stop reading that DAT analytics
Hmmm
Thought this was a learning moment?! What teacher allows music in class?
The cool ones 😎
Haven’t heard from you in a while, okay maybe two or three weeks. I’m hungry for information about the trucking industry health
We post several times a week! Be sure to ring the notification bell so you don't miss another upload!
I like the music
You seem to be the only one
there’s always lucky one with loose screw
Agree plz turn the music down or off thx
We'll keep that in mind
Et needs to develop a voice signature tms platform. Call it the baboo blocker.
Why the hell are all of you complaining about the music? Thank you for the information. It’s crazy how low the rates are.. The work is truckers do is undervalued and we need to make a change soon. No reason everything in the economy is going up in price but rates are dropping
thank you!
Is there more job security as a lease operator or owner operator? Do you prefer company drivers?
That all depends on your circumstances!
Wilder status of the Reapers and trailers money is really going down
Hey Ronan did you hear about trimac buying out feldspar trucking
Oh? Tell us more!
This is why I like flatbed. I average 3.50 per mile. Yes , some runs pay 4.25 to 4.97 per mile and others are 2.25. I get percentage and average 1000 per week. My truck averages 5800 per week.
Damn you're only getting around 20 percent, that actually seems low
roughly how much are you taking home after all expenses if u average 5800 weekly??
You live over the road and only take home $1000/week?
thats good price , so we can go with pension at 45 years of age.
What are you hauling that pays $3.50 a mile? Also if your truck is getting 5809 revenue per week and you only take home $1000 a week that's not good. Also if you're doing $3.50 a mile and only have 5600 revenue a week, that means your miles are very low.
It’s simple they go under because they run for next to nothing thinking volume will keep them a float but reality is you go down twice as fast .
Turn the music up we can still hear you
😂
Thanks for sharing. I have an authority and the loads on the boards do not offer what the national average is stating as the rate. Where are the national averages derived from? Who offers those kinds of loads and who are the carriers? Another mystery in trucking!
View it this way: the app collects data. If 10 loads were accepted at $4 per mile, another 6 at $3 and then 20 at $2 and let's say 5 at $1.50, it will add everything together and then produce an average of the rate collected, in this scenario that would be roughly 2.57. So, some people will say, but I only receive loads for $4 what do you mean the average is $2.57?? And then others will say, "What? Where did you find loads as high as $2.57?? But, all this average means is that there are people earning low, people earning high, and collectively across the entire DAT platform, the average of all the loads totals $2.57. Hope that cleared things up!
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News Thanks for the reply. I agree with your average calculation and those numbers don't lie. For now, I belong to the people "earning low".
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-Newsthank you. This is exactly what I was wondering.
My dedicated account is hourly pay. So I make more as a dedicated then regional miles.
Nice!
Are trucking companies paying to run ?
Where are you getting your information from?Flatbed is doing great
It's an average taken from DAT which calculates the average based on the data they collect on their platform. Naturally,, there are a few variables to consider beyond that, such as deadhead miles, the rates that are below the average and the rates that are above the average. So, flatbed in many areas are doing great. But not in every area you know?
When you speak at that conference in Chicago, make sure to brush up on your Russian language friendly tip
Haha, why's that?
Most o/o for van, they book load from DAT, I dont see $2/mile for van. Where do you get this rate from ?
Only the short runs are paying over $2
@@BuBBa_onFive - hahaha...
You wait 4 hours to load, 4 hours to unload on a load that goes 250 miles.
You make $500 on day 1, you spend 8 hours loading and unloading plus the deadhead hours your not paid on day 2. You make $500 every other day... wtf.
This channel is lame. 😖😖😖
🤷♂️ I run reefer but it's no better its all sh..it
Dat isn't accurate since brokers post th same load 15 times there ain't the demand and it averages the short hauls paying 4-10 dollars a mile
@@ReputableRides-bb7wy - the average rate on DAT is not computed by DAT themselves, the information gets feed from a third party vendor DAT subscribe to. So, how many times the same load is posted has nothing to do with the average.
I own one truck and drive under someone else's authority. I thought about getting my own authority, but with the rates I'm getting while driving under someone else's authority, I'm sure, your thoughts.
😬
Bro everything f...right now

It's called advertising
Actually I was interested in where he gets it since I'm an owner operator
@blackspiderman1887 too bad your not a fleet owner aswell. Try again next year , conostooogas are only for his fellow fleet owners drowning in debt lol

That’s that old school porn music 😂 felt like a chic was gonna come in out of nowhere
Old school what now
I get about 1,500-1,800 on average from other tanker Company drivers that I talk to. Schneider owner operator tankers I get between 6,000 -7,000 a week gross on average. I see the light I just need a platform to compare it as well. I’m a regional driver at $.42 a mile terrible when I started. But I’ve been assigned to a dedicated account seven months now 65 hours a week 400 miles a day average. I gross on average between 1,400- 1500 a week. I’ll have 1 year May,18 as a CDL holder. I think tanker hazmat is being slept on!

@jetteroheller lol I think these low rates are messing with roniin's head 🤣🤣
I was a broker in the eighties and after eight years I sold the truck because I could have made more money working at Mcdonalds. I got $1.15 per mile runnning Toronto to New York, back to TO and on the Chicago each week. I love the job ut could not afford to do it. With the price of rigs today it is a mystery why they keep going.
Load king transport in Woodbridge is going out of business. They have no contracts and robbing from every drivers pay cheque.
Can you send us an email with the details to sponsorship@ettransport.ca? We'd like to look into this further.
🎵how low can you go?🎵
why the music? im not waiting in a phoneline, its louder then you are speaking!
We'll fix that next time!
Yeah now that the main barrier that was keeping people away from the industry " manual transmission" is gone now it's a free for all to the bottom just like what happened with the motor coach industry in the 90s 😮 nothing is going to get better without government involvement
We are from the government and we are here to help...😂
You want the government to ban automatic transmissions. That's a new one. 😂
No silly the government needs to regulate the trucking industries as it did before deregulation in the 80s and 90s this Laissez-faire model doesn't work
The music though…
We apologize
Hello Sir, how are you, I hope you are fine. I watch a lot of your videos. I listen to you. I like your style very much. I want to become a truck driver and for this I have applied for a license. Right now I am in Dubai and the license is very expensive. About 12000 Dubai and for this I have to work very hard. I have to do a lot of work. Every month I save some money. It will take me about a year to get the license.
Sir, if you see my message, please reply to me. I will wait. I am getting the license and I am hopeful. Will you give it to Job.?
Unfortunately, we do not have a training program, nor do we employ newly licensed drivers.
No music plz
Is your son the kid from the naked brothers band ? Y’all look alike way too much lol
From where?
The trucker should set the rates Not the shipper!!! What other business allows this. So I have something to ship and I am going to tel the trucking company how much I am willing to pay! Absurd🎉🎉
We do set the rates. But if they don’t like our rate they get someone who will ship it cheaper. It’s free market
These are lagging compared to todays market.
What's with the lounge music?😅
Just a lil something to calm us down in these trying times with low freight rates
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News Hahaha

That's why I work for a small company that will never go out of business... I am driving a dry- van $.75 mile stay strong people
Small fleets are 1st to go
That's it 75cents a mile is not worth my energy 😎 Each it's own.
@@melvinhill6726what's your minimum acceptable rate and where can you get it?
Big company Patriots logistics in Chicago is going bankrupt over 500 trucks
I can’t fathom how electric trucks will ever take over anything given their half $1 million price tag with hair, thin, profit margins that are in trucking nowadays
It’s not just the trucking industry. The entire economic system is collapsing. The only thing keeping it float is the trillions being printed which will invariably lead to an even worse scenario.
We are in an economic spiral that leads directly to national bankruptcy via hyper inflation. At this point, they have no choice, but to do a complete monetary reset.
All they’re doing at this juncture is riding the wave for as long as they can. It’s not going to get better.

Every time I listen this guy I want to leave trucking truck rates are not good bur his trucks are always running I talk to his driver this guy push people so he gets all the loads
Dat isn't accurate since brokers repost the same load 15 times and it takes into account the short runs. And a once cent decrease on a non accurate board makes you think the market is down? Someone is upset about fuel prices and low rates loll
Fair
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News yeah that’s why you sound stupid saying the market is going down when it’s down a cent or two on the average
A lot of people don’t like the music therefore I don’t like the music either!
