There shouldn't be any controversy about this fragrance. It's simply the most bang-for-the-buck Aventus clone in the market.

@@evolove5711 Even with the variations, there's no Aventus clone that smells just like it from the opening to the drydown. If you want the real thing, get the original. But CDNIM is an incredible value for the price and its drydown is very close.

I just ordered a bottle so I can end the speculation. I'm not buying it because it's a good clone of creed, I'm buying it because it seems to be an awesome scent to get this type of hype.

This is a compliment MONSTER. What’s crazy, is I’ll get more compliments like 8 hours into the fragrance. Not as much in the first few hours. And it just vibes with you. Even though it is a clone.... but it has its own swagger to it. This is the more loud little brother who’s the entertainer, with more swag and charisma. Y’all might think I’m crazy... but that’s my humble opinion

after downing 6 aventus bottles, I finally bought CDNIM, man this is honestly 🔥🔥 can’t believe I waited so long to try this. Definitely on par with aventus, if anyone is hesitant, just go for it, there’s nothing to lose. It’ll be the best 30 bucks you ever spent.

My bottle production date Feb 2022 edt is a beast last 9 hours and I just bought Limited Edition but for me the edt last longer than my edp and project like a beast.

I love mine, I've got both and Creed doesn't nearly last as long as Club does. Was a great buy.
When I first started watching RUclips videos for recommendations, every channel was talking about how great this was. I don't know what Creed Aventus smells like. I just wanted a good affordable fragrance, so I ordered this. It seemed like from the time I clicked order till right before it arrived, RUclips switched and all the sudden everybody hated it. So then I was nervous when it finally arrived. Thought I might have wasted $28. Luckily it smells great and lasts all day long.
I don't know what made people flip on this, but I think it's a great fragrance. Especially at that low of a price.

There is no big differences between EDT and EDP...only the opening in EDT is harsher.

Agreed. Idk why honestly. My 2018 batch smelled much much more like Aventus than my new 7/2020 batches, (it still smells like Aventus, but I feel they added to much vanilla in the newer batches). But I still get crazy compliments with it. It gets more compliments than all my expensive designer fragrances from Chanel to Dior, idk what it is but women absolutely love this fragrance.

I sprayed one Creed one one hand and cdim on other hand , my wife could tell straight away which wrist was Aventis , twenty minutes later she said they both smell the same ! I totally agreed !
idk about edt but edp smell very synthetic, aventus in my memory, batch 18 smell very elegant with pine apple and dry down to oakmoss that I couldn't stop smelling.

This is accurate. Off the top its very noticeable.. hours later its hard to distinguish. Still sticking with the creed, bought CDNIM out of curiosity, but will not rebuy though
@@joelthenose I got a bottle about 2 years ago, and hated it. It did have a pungent opening. It smelled very strong and unpleasant. The pungency reminded me of bottled lemon juice. If you have ever smelled the juice that comes in the fake plastic 🍋 lemons at the store, that acidic pungent feeling was what I got.
I gifted it to a friend. He liked it, and has bought a couple of bottles since. However, he has told me the opening has gotten weaker and that the juice is not as long lasting or strong as the one I gave him. Still his signature scent, but it only projects around two hours now.
I think all the hate came from prior formulations and now it might be closer to Aventus.
Its amazing. I really didnt like the first spray, but it just keeps smelling better the more it bakes.

Well... I started out with some hesitations (another "snob" reviewing this) but I was amazed. Not just by the honest review but also by your down-to-earth and frank attitude. Furthermore, the legal side info and the way you explained how these are copied and how we perceive smells and so on... So much good stuff packed in under 20 minutes. Nailed it! I literally got two compliments within an hour of each other for this fragrance. Literally had a woman speed walking past me do a full blown turn around and say “Oh my goodness, what are you wearing!? And say she was gonna buy it for her husband. No lie. I’ve been complimented so many more times other than that as well on this fragrance.

I bought CDNIM as a blind buy after hearing Aventus and how similar CDNIM was and its price. I honestly feel bad for paying for other fragrances that were over a $100 and the CDNIM was $30 and enjoyed it more.

I had the UAE version in 2019 and now have the France version. There's a major difference to me. The France version initial smell actually is decent. The UAE version was aweful. The drydown and projection goes to the UAE version. France version is more well rounded.UAE has the wow factor more. Both Perfect to wear in this mask age , why waste the real thing.
Thanks for the video. With you’re profession as an attorney I think that puts you in a very good position to compare this fragrance against Aventus. I started wearing fragrances about 5 years ago. In that time I’ve heard a lot about Creed Aventus and have wanted a bottle ever since. Most of not all of the fragrances I’ve purchased have been blind buys. I didn’t sample them anywhere before I purchased them. I was on the verge of purchasing a bottle of Aventus a few days ago but ultimately deleted it from my shopping cart. I’ve watched a lot of videos here on RUclips and learned that Aventus has been reformulated. One guy in a video compared an old batch with a new batch of Aventus. The older had a slightly greenish tint to in while the new was clear as water. Makes me wonder if Aventus is really as good as people say it is. I’m not about to pay $300/400 on a bottle of cologne without smelling it first even if all my other fragrances were blind buys. I still want to know what Creed Aventus smells like.I did purchase a bottle of club de Nuit intense a few days ago and with you’re video I believe I made the better choice. Thanks again!

I have to say I do like this scent. It’s solid & lasts all day long, however out of all my colognes this is my wife’s least favorite. She actually hates it lol. Oh well!

try milestone and sillage those together are like 1/3th of the price of a 50 ml creed bottle and you get 2 popular creed clones with good quality and longevity, creed has become a boring overpiriced brand and the quality is going downhill

I have been watching a lot of reviews on the subject and I think you may be right, Apparently the quality of creed has been on the decline while prices have been on the rise. A lot of reviewers have been saying that some Armaf clones are even closer to the Creed originals from the past than Creed themselves anymore.

Used 4-5 sprays of CDNIM EDT. 2 hours later a lady, with her mask on, told me I smelt good. She was at least 4 feet away. I bought my bottle last year. This lasts 7-9 hours, lasting longer if sprayed on clothes.

I am adding this review specifically to those who are complaining about the longevity. Try this out, its real.
Spray a few sprays out of the new bottle and then leave it without box and cap to age. Come back to it later and see the difference!! You would notice a difference in 2 weeks but I recommend 1 to 2 months at least. The scent gets better and longevity as well.
I get 8+ hours on skin and 12+ on clothes.
Maceration is real for these fragrances.
I have 12/2020 200ML EDP very disappointed with Performance only last 1-2 hours on my Skin. Projection Max 1 hour. I bought it from Notino. My first and last bottle.
I blind bought based on this vid, I’m somewhat shocked. The 1-2k a year I spend on Aventus replaced by 300-400 tops I mean that’s real world big time savings. The smokiness is pronounced and very sub 2017 creed. I mean wow.

Just got it a few days ago tried it, waited for the dry down, and what I got was Eucris from Geo F. Trumper. I've never smelled Aventus or any other clone, but like most reviewers said if this is 80% Aventus, then Creed have been cloning a fragrance that's been on the market since 1922.
I love everything about this fragrance. It's a pleasant and enjoyable smelling fragrance. And the price is right. What's not to love about Club De Nuit?

I've had many Creed Aventus samples over years because I couldn't justify buying a full bottle and I just got CDNIM let me tell you its basically the same. Only a super frag head would be able to tell the difference but to the other 95% of the population they will assume you're wearing Aventus. Even my 17 yr old son started wearing it and he's gotten a few compliments at his school. CDNIM is great especially for the price.

I’ve bought my 3rd bottle of this but in the EDP this time. I find that the EDP is sensational compared to the EDT. The opening is no way near as harsh and lemon synthetic smelling in the ED PERFUME and I only have to put 2 squirts and it’s so strong and long lasting. Phenomenal

Ive tested these two side by side many times, owned both. I'd say CDNIM is not exact clone at all. In the similar vain but not alike. CDNIM is actually nice, but my nose doesnt get along with its dry down. If you want 99% clone of aventus get l'adventure. I've been through 5 clones btw.

I noticed the opening is very hard citrus and after 15 to 30minutes you get the pineapple, then after 1 hour it has smokey, pineapple smell it gets smoother after spraying it. I Can tell it really is strong and powerful on the first minutes when you spray it. First time i smelt it smelt like spruce needle and little like a tree on a forest. Greetings from Finland its good for its price. I'm really interested to get the famous Creed Aventus just to test it is it really that good.

Yes. I don't get pineapple from this or the original Aventus from 2010 either. Its a smokey, citrus, woody frag. Not pineapple citrus though. Some kind of bitter citrus to my nose, in both fragrances.

You should see the DdNIM parfum (not EdP) limited edition from 2021. Velvet black fabric bag and a presentation like a present for a king. Qualitywise the whole club de nuit line is super good and super high rated. Be it Club de Nuit, Milestone, Sillage, CdNI Woman, CdN Woman. All the heavy swaroski stone flacons but the colour is different or the cup colour is golden, silver or black. From this line only Urban Man has a not so good reputation. Tres Nuit is good as well, Nice Oud a nice autum spring scent.

I just bought a $ 15 sample of Adventus. My initial reaction was it smells just like CDNIM ! I will test over the next few days one one my right arm and one my left
For 4 days Creed was on my left arm and disappeared in 3 hours. CDNIM on my right lasted one hour more. Afer 15 minutes they smell identical. Tomorrow I might do a CDNIM EDT vs ESP comparison but to be honest I am tiring of this scent in all variations and probably will not repurchase when gone.
Club de Nuit used every other week has been enjoyable

I love Aventus, it may be my favorite fragrance. Having said that, I don't love Creed and would happily buy a fragrance that smelled identical to Aventus for a fraction of the price and lose zero sleep. Creed will relentlessly look for ways to cut costs while taking more money out of my pocket...I don't fault them, it's just business. But it makes my loyalty 100% dependent on the smell alone and my personal preference/experience. It's on them to give me no choice but to purchase their product if I want that experience and so far, they have...
CDNIM is decent- the opening is a bit jumbled and obtuse for me but it has flashes of brilliance in the deep dry down. I wouldn't say it's a spot on clone of Aventus in any way, shape or form- I would say it's a similar fragrance that achieves a similar feat for a different audience. I respect Armaf for what they've been able to do; I thought their bottles were tacky at first but I've grown to find them endearing. Their clones seem to have gotten better and better too with Milestone and Sillage now. All the while keeping this cult following for CDNIM, their first-ish and least identical clone in my book, for it's originality while being a clone of a well known scent which isn't easy to do. I own it, I'll wear it occasionally and if you're not super into fragrances but loved that one time you smelled Aventus- you probably won't even remember how different they are. But if you wear Aventus regularly and love it, it will not come close.

I watched so many videos about Club de Nuit and i was kinda confused at some point. Your original reaction when you sprayed the perfume is priceless, you are pleased until the end of the video lol. Gonna buy this one for sure I'm not giving 400 dollars for Creed f*ck that.

I bought it a week ago, and it's pretty good. It has legs, too. It's still projecting 6 hours after I sprayed it on and it gets compliments.

Creed is increasing their overpriced fragrances in April (my favorite Aventus alternative is Mancera Cedrat Boise)
Could a brand like Creed or Dior ever say Hey that smells a little TOO close, change it up or pull it off the market
I have them both and I couldn't tell the difference other than CDNIM projected stronger than CA with the same amount of sprays. (New Subscriber)

this is what happened to me, i heard aventus was the king of mans fragrances but the price was out of my budget. i never got to smell it, i bought some clones (armaf, zara, al haramain, afnan) they all smellt realy nice and CDNIM is the one that got me the most compliments and beleive it or not it even got me laid twice with two strangers ( these ladies complimented me on it and i played my cards right) well after a while i saved up for a 10ml decant of "real aventus" and i was really dissapointed when i got it my expectations were really high, i was expecting something that could blow my mind....but to my nose aventus smelled just like some of the clones i had....i just felt the smell was "brighter and sharper" but it was almost the same as zara's vibrant leather and cdnim. So i don't know why i should buy something that costs a few hundred when theres something just like it at a fraction of that price.

That jacket is blazing! I made my first clone purchase about six months ago and it was Armaf's Milestone. I seriously felt like I've been missing out. Searching for fragrances that last is what introduced me to clones. Some are garbage and some are wearable. 2020 came with a lot of transitions. The Edp version of Club De Nuit intense man is worth the money and it lasts a long time that smokey vanilla dry down is what did it to me. Aventus for the weekends CDNIM edp for typical weekdays. It's funny how most people who own Aventus also owns CDNIM.

@@joelthenose Top 3 Armaf in my opinion CDNIM Edp, CDNIM Milestone, and CDNIM Sillage (🔥). Wait until you smell some of the Al Haramain stuff if you haven't. Neroli Canvas and Amber Oud Gold are 🔥🔥.

Funny I just ordered Milestone the other day because I like SMW but I've heard horrible stories about new batches performance. Reviews on fragrantica say its like the old batches with better performance. How do you like it?

Yep I got mine the other day and after 5 hrs AFTER I had it on I was still getting compliments and with one lady i literally was 6 feet away it projects CDNIM works
