Before Harriet Sansom Harris moved to LA, I saw her on the start of her career in an off-Broadway production called Jeffrey in 1993 at the Minetta Lane Theater in NYC. In the Playbill description, that I still have after 3 decades, the author said she was so impressive doing her lines he added more dialogue to her scenes just to get her front and center. She played all seven female characters, except the ghost of Mother Theresa played by a man. There was another actor from this play, Edward Hibbert, was also in Frasier with her. He played in Frasier the Restaurant Critic radio host. BTW, Harriet Sansom Harris most recent great work was in Marvel's Werewolf By Night Halloween Special, too.
Everyone is unhinged slightly. i have not met anyone who is sane yet. Collecting things? troll dolls? to golf clubs. And weird sex kinks. everyone is cracked somewhere.
I've seen one episode of "the agency". I'm not familiar w/that fassbender guy but I like him. Seems like he'd be the perfect "evan smoak" for anyone into the "orphan x" series of action/thriller novels. The best part for me re: "the agency" is the masterful actor, Harriet Sansom Harris...she was MARVELOUS as "Frasier's agent", Bebe Glazer. I thought they'd give Harriet her own show based on that character 'cause she was definitely worth it. 100 percent.

I cant tell if the therapist has that look because shes satisfied that hes nuts. That she knows hes going sane enough to deduce his circumstance, a combination. Or wether he actually is any of those things.
The truthful aspect of this delivery from my experience is that even though the 'therapy' is meant to be for the patient's benefit, the doctor or psychologist monopolizes the conversation, denying the patient most of the talk time.
This is a pure high point of the show.....the 1st 2 episodes bored me so much I gave up on it. It has all the excitement and entertainment of a wet rag....
Yeah it is a remake. Bureau was awesome This is fine too, its a diff vibe but not a bad one -- some plotpoints are also diff (diff spy craft tories essentially -- bureau was suria focused, this is focused on ukraine and belarus
Is this not about aliens? Jesus, fix your title. It's been up for 3 days now and the fact that Showtime PAID someone to do this, who likely got an expensive degree, and it didn't even get fixed. Wtf.
Dude, if you have that much foresight and intelligence, you would never have taken the job. Now that you are suffering mental issues for taking the job, you want us to believe that you have like a mental edge, or something?
looks like a good series. I would think anyone would be happy to have a job. But what do I know, I lived my dreams for the most part, but you never make any money at that. A steady job with money would've put me in a better place financially at my age, but then again, all those wonderful memories of living my dream are still better to me, so i wouldn't trade them.
Every time Fassbender gets a new role, ppl bring up a case from 2010 in which his gf was seriously harmed in a domestic dispute involving a vehicle and his reckless driving. The point is to smear him, which may or may not be deserved. His wife is really the best and only judge of that.
@@SoFloCo-ne4rkpretty silly thing to say as you’re assuming I’m implying the show needed more action maybe go watch the other 2 episodes and continue to think whatever you want about this just ok show
@@CR_22I think it's a slow burn. We don't really know where it's going. I think the focus is more about the psychological toll this job takes on people doing it rather than a specific mission. The show might change gears. They are slowly building up a lot of storylines.
This title made me think she was talking to an alien....
I was hoping that would be the case. It would take it to a whole another level.
😂
Yes! I hope for that. lol
Fassbender seems to have perfected the art of No blink acting.
So glad Fassy is back. I missed him.
Tony would be proud.
But there was that little flinch of a micro-expression when she finally caught on to him. 1:35
I am not easily impressed. But that was not only a VERY well crafted scene, it was superbly acted as well!
Great scene. Well written and executed

Guys, "Martian" is the agent codename. That's how everybody calls him in the CIA office of the show.
He is NOT an alien.
It's so sad that you had to write this. I can't with these comments 🤣🤣 I'm the alien, because I'm not from here with these weird a** comments.
Might have made it more interesting if he was an alien.
Only M.Fassbender could act like this, The Agent!
only him and hundreds of others thru the years.
I see the devil has gone from being an agent to being a psychologist..but either way she'll "..MAKE YOU A STAR!"
Haha, wish kelsey grammar did a cameo on this
100 percent NUTS. Can I go now? 😂😂😅😅😅
Yes, yes, I know everybody said it, but I, too, thought he was an alien/extraterrestrial 🤣
I mean, look at him! No blinking!!
I always thought the ruthless, manipulative & utterly amoral Bebe Glazer would end up somewhere like the CIA!!😂😂
Superb writing and performances from both.
Thoroughly enjoyable show!

"Gil"! Yes! An equally brilliant recurring character. Whoever did the casting for "Frasier" was a genius.
Interesting! @@WebFanNY
This may be the first time I’ve heard him with an American accent. Also the first time I’ve never seen him blink 😂
Bibi Glazer really wants Michael Fassbender as a client.
-What do you mean by saying 100% Nuts?
-100 % Deez nuts
I loved this scene excellent!!!!!
Maybe Martian is click bait?......or is it a misspelling of Martin?
it's his codename, he is a spy for the CIA
Nope, that's his character's name

After that interrogation in that dark windowless little room ,she left a mark on the chair.
NOW PLAY DISCO ELYSIUM 😂
1:51-2:00 bro please, i pretend to be someone im not literally non stop, its the only way to survive.
it is not protection, is a covert direct action force for the president
I immediately thought of KD6-3.7's Baseline Test.
This reminds me of Billy Crudups acting as dr john osterman/manhattan for some reason i can't quite put my finger on....
So is he an alien? That sounds like a great show! 👽

Looks like a remake of the brilliant Le Bureau? (Le Bureau des Légendes)
Thats what it is!
I really hope it isn't. When they do that it only serves to dilute.
Yeah it is a remake.
Bureau was awesome

Oisin needs to pay Ratso immediately
Now we will have to suffer more of Andrew Bustamante's pontifications of the obvious.
O KURWA w tym roku wysyp naprawdę dobrych seriali
"It's not me, it's you".. and it's a female character saying it... hilarious
It's weird seeing Fassbender speak with an American accent.
What is nuts is people uploading 3GB torrents of these episodes. Please keep torrents under 400MB.
Bebe from Fraser
Different actress
Bebe is attractive. That one isn't.
ok I wanna watch
Yep

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Downvote it
I’m, I assumed his name is Martian
It is most likely intentional because no-one would click on "Martin vs Psychologist"
Really bothered by this aren't you
IS THIS SCI-FI Show, ?
Dude, if you have that much foresight and intelligence, you would never have taken the job. Now that you are suffering mental issues for taking the job, you want us to believe that you have like a mental edge, or something?
OK, Wow
Bebe Glazer!
Just nuts enough....

I don't know what this is, but if its supposed to have anything to do with the above movie scene.........try again.
TRUUUUUUUU shit
Very bad remake of the french tv series Le Bureau des Legendes.
47 years old Michael Fassbender and his 36 years old wife Alicia Vikander
...and their children.
What is your point?
@michaelfoxbrass If you have to ask, then probably you wouldn't understand.

And ??????????
This has to be the unanimous choice for the most “just ok” show of 2024
I've only seen the first episode but I thought it was very good. It's not supposed to be James Bond.
