      I think you mean she is providing an evidence based approach to fueling elite athletes, backed by scientific literature, instead of relying on a handful of studies that amount to 3/5 of jack crap

      let me guess, you think butter is a performance nutrient, and that "fat adaptation" is beneficial for performance?
      In other words, do you think that pissing along at 5mph while losing top end speed is somehow beneficial for performance?
      Meanwhile, the athletes who are winning are using the guidelines suggested here.
      I know who my money's on.
