    Why does she say cooking all foods on high heats can be carcinogenic? I was under the impression that only meat at high heats alters the proteins not vegetables? Can anyone elaborate please?

    You definetely DONT need milk to get enough calcium. That´s not a myth, that´s a truthfull statement.
    All major nutrition organizations say that a well planned vegan diet is appropiate for any kind of person on any stage of development.

      Well buddy, I'm going to listen to a real nutritionist... that is one that went to college for it and studies science, like this women! If you want to be hard headed and listen to witch-doctors, medicine men, shamans, and other hippy bullshit....that's up to you!

      I have put many diets in Chronometer. It is difficult to get calcium without dairy. I put bone meal in my soup , yet I am still below the rda.
