i have a one of them since 2013 it is very strong watch i have ever used… İ only changed strip…
you call the watch military stealth.. but then go on to say the hands should be lumed. to me that would cause the wearer to be visible at night while wearing an otherwise invisible watch. if you need to see the hands hit the light. for this particular colorway the lack of lume makes sense to me. just wanted to share and I agreed with a lot of your feedback on the watch.

It was time to change the battery. Unfortunately to make sure it maintains it’s waterproof features per Casio, I had to send it to New Jersey. The cost will dictate whether I go ahead with the work.
UPDATE: It cost $12.00 plus $8.00+ for shipping but came back within three days. It was worth it, but I found a watch repair/store that sold a lot of Casios. I’m just not sure if their repairs would be good enough to maintenance it’s depth rating. Worth a shot next time.
I have the desert sand version, awesome beater watch. Agreed on the negative digital display, I use it for the date. For the price it's unbeatable and it has everything you need. Probably the biggest deal breakers are the lack of lume and the poor case light that these models come with, but if you don't really care about that (like me), it's a no brainer. I wear it exclusively for the gym and outdoors sports, as it's not a casual sports watch. If I went camping, this is the one I'd bring with me
Try the coke red. They have lumes in the indices
ga 800 is cheaper and better
I just bought the same model this month. Guess it'll last many years.
I have mine for a few years now and not even a scratch. I'm a mechanic and this is my go-to watch if I don't want to be worried if it gets oil on it or anything.

I like the watch. Great looks but I want to get rid of it. It’s too complicated to set the time. I have to watch two videos to set it.
I got this one as an early Christmas gift today and do agree about the light. On videos it doesn’t look that bad, but in person, it’s terrible.
yes crap crap light. and no lume is unacceptable too. But you can buy the watch for 50GBP

These watches are the perfect size for me. I recently bought the model with blue hands and indices, I’ve had the original since it was released. I have a Mudmaster, but it’s not practical for every day use.
try the GG-B100 mudmaster. The best sized ever and can be worn for many hours a day without discomfort

@@user-nu9im9zc8s the backlight is poorly executed. The only part of the watch face which is visible at night,(with the weak baclight, are analog numbers. A rather large oversight, unfortunately.

it is useful it can be used to calculate speed when using a stopwatch

yes its 52mm which is too big for your wrist, you should go for 45mm for that wrist.

It's a moderately big but very light due to plastic. So I say go for it.

This is a very bad Clock,if you gonna use it on a night watch,it don't have withe LCD numbers and lit up light is very bad :( But is very cool on,when you just walking around in daylight and look cool :)
