  • Blink & Breathe Head Circles are an easy relaxercise for a morning, lunchtime or evening self-care minute.
    They have eight powerful benefits:
    ✅ Improve neck mobility
    ✅ Increase blood & oxygen flow to brain and eyes
    ✅ Release neck tension
    ✅ Boost lymph flow (1/3 of all lymph nodes are in the neck
    ✅ Hydrate cornea through blinking
    ✅ Down regulate nervous system through longer exhales
    ✅ Reduce light sensitivity when done outside
    ✅ Relax eyes by closing them
    And they are super easy to do!
    1️⃣ Lower chin to chest
    2️⃣ Inhale as you lift your head, blinking rapidly
    3️⃣ Once you reached your maximum neck extension, close your eyes
    4️⃣ Exhale while turning your head 1.5 turns until chin is back on chest
    5️⃣ Repeat turning head the other way on the exhale
