He was averaging more than 30 before pippen. He finished his career with 30ppg after pippen and with the wizards. Highest ppg in NBA history and scoring went up in the playoffs and finals. 😄 he also has the most win shares in nba history and for the nerds he has the best stats by metrics ever.

It’s the ex-wife combined with the documentary. Jordan was unbelievable before Scottie came. They were able to build that team around Jordan. He was 6th in the MVP voting as a rookie. Scottie comes and adds around or less than 10 points a game. Pippen became a beast and that’s when things started to get better. Nobody forgot who Jordan was and still don’t. Scottie is just emotional about personal matters and needs some therapy.

Scottie never sent out his condolences to MJ about his father's death. And he did it purposely. Scottie said the only thing he regrets is not doing that. At that time MJ never realized Scottie did him like that purposely. Because MJ thought they were real friends. Look at how MJ looked at Scottie before their falling out, in their public reunions. MJ would be all smiles. Hugging on him and everything. But Scottie always secretly hated Mike. And now Mike is acting accordingly. I still would have forbid my son to date her tho. That's too messy. If MJ doesn't push Scottie, does Scottie become a top 50 all-time player or a HOF player??
While we talk about his style with teammates, MJ took a team without a perennial Allstar to the finals and won. Pippen was an all-star in 90. But wasn't in 91 when they won a ring. He begged Krause and Reinsdorf to let him play against the Celtics and as a result of that the Bulls almost won one game in the old Boston Garden. 20 year old MJ played all 53 minutes of a overtime game and scored 64 points. The After the game Larry Bird was asked what he thought about MJ and Larry said that that was not Michael Jordan but God disguised as Michael Jordan. If Scottie had never become a Bull they would have found a few role players and won titles or MJ would have left the Bulls and won titles. Jordan would be the first to admit that he grew as a player, and learned to trust his teammates. He was, even at the start, easily the best athlete the league had ever seen, so no, he was not terrible; in 1988 Jordan won MVP, DPOY, led the league in steals, and was the all-star MVP, so Scottie is clearly wrong. Jordan had a few weaknesses at the start (his jumper, for one) and he addressed them through hard work. We could say the same about Scottie; he came into the league raw, and lacking confidence. Scottie didn't really grow into his own game until his fourth year in the league. I'll always have the ultimate respect for Scottie, but he's wrong, and perhaps a bit bitter.

Max is relatively correct but his comment about LeBron taking any group of teammates on deep playoff runs isn't factual. Firstly since he entered the west he has not made the playoffs and gotten booted from the first round. Also his deep eastern conference runs were during the historical weakest eastern conference period in nba history. During all those runs he was a total of 10 and 9 against 50 win teams. That is such a bad winning percent and low number of series comparatively. For example kobe is 26 and 10 against 50 plus win teams. He played less series as well BTW. LeBron ball only gets you so far, he can't play any other way..
