This is apparent in 6 when SPOILERS Sherry tells Jake the while she was cured she kept all the good things about the virus. She can regenerate at ridiculous speeds. This might mean that Jill might have abilities too. As well as maybe Mia kept all the good things about the Mold as well. She might be durable as hell and be able to heal with the Med Fluid as well even after being cured

Okay I've been seeing a lot of comments like this so I figured I'd shed light about what could possibly have happened. Being shot non-lethally outside of hostile environments the first thing that will register for you will be shock and confusion. No pain for the first few seconds, and sometimes even minutes. Fake Miranda being unfazed here is not exactly a tell but rather can be seen as confusion by a normal human who got shot: at first she recognized why the window glass got broken, why is there blood maybe, why is her collarbone feeling hot. Sure we know that this is not the case because we played the game but for first time people playing maybe it's not very obvious. Sorry english is not my native language I hope I explained the point well.

Also, regardless of your cognitive reactions, the physical reaction to being shot with bullets tends to be getting knocked down. This also happens to militants and trained soldiers. Whether or not you register the pain, you still are receiving the force of a small pickup truck hitting you at 30-odd mph. Or somewhere thereabout, depending on the caliber of the bullet and the type of weapon firing it, but it can be reasonably assumed she was shot with an assault rifle using ammunition that prioritizes impact over range, since Chris's primary targets are zombies and monsters.

And some friends also continue the engagement even they were shot they only stop and recognize what happened when told that they were shot. I see it all the time so I thought it's the same for everyone. My mistake is also not noticing Mia face like you pointed out thank you.
