    How do you know for sure if it’s a disc though?

      Looking up* also helps with pain when coughing sneezing & straight back when brushing teeth, criss cross of 1 leg while using 1 hand on counter when lowering to spit out water

    I have a bilateral sacralization of L5 pertebra with decreased disc height of L5-S1
    No obvious disc bulge/ significant spinal canal stenosis/ narrowing of lateral recess
    Sir Do you have any exercise to recover this disc problem otherwise surgery

Pain in my skull and a very bad bad shooting pain and in my upper back below my scapulas and I think also in my chest when I sneeze or cough sometimes I forgot which one but it's very painful

      How are you now? I went to the ER on the second day because it was just too much.
      I found laying with my back flat on the floor and my legs up on the seat part of the couch (imagine sitting on a chair, but sideways with your bum against the front where the backs of your feet lean against) helped, adjust it accordingly till you find your relief point.
      As the pain subsided I’ve been walking in short spurts. Try to walk when the pain subsides and stop just before pain comes back. Do it a few times each day, every day and monitor if you’re walking longer or not.
      That’s been helping me so far.
      Focus on core exercises and glute exercises to make sure you’re using them properly… I went from this massive weight loss and fitness binge last year to literally being floor ridden a month ago.
      Still recovering.

      Do check out asap it could be related to appendicitis … also try to find doctors who can confidently narrow down possibilities while examining, avoid doctors who are lazy and just give you tablets and ask you to wait for few days and would proceed with treatment if they find no improvement (such doctors only see you as a experiment to see if a particular medication is effective or not based on my relative’s personal experiences) … Need not to be worried, with proper treatment it will be cured

      90% of cases make a full recovery within 6 months, and the vast majority of those are within 2-12 weeks, and there are surgical options for those who struggle to heal. Whether or not your body will "fully" heal is impossible to say, but you can recover from this and grow stronger than you were before. Just requires a good doctor/pt, and a lot of effort.

    No, I don't really think I have a disc herniation, but I don't exactly know what I have, maybe something that touches a nerve or something, I can walk properly, run without pain, have no problems snizzing, feel good sitted and when I'm straight. It's just that when I bend over it lowly feels uncomfortable, like a little of pain and weakness.

      Erector spinae probably… take rest with heat and cold treatment.. should be fine in a while.. avoid heavy exercises for 3-4 weeks
