    I’ve been in excruciating pain for months. My doctor basically said she couldn’t do anything more for me. PT wasn’t working. Painkillers barely soften the pain. I have seriously considered suicide bc it’s seemed hopeless but didn’t do it bc I’m a coward. This one exercise this morning has relieved my sciatica and today! I feel so much better for the first time in recent memory. Thank you so much for sharing this. I will do it everyday song w the water and trying to keep moving. I can see an end or better days ahead. Thank you again!!

      I'm the same...i considered suicide bc i can't bear the horrible pain anymore. But I'm still here keep fighting and pray to the Lord to give me enough strength. I'm on therapy 2x a week and do more exercises when I'm home. I'm 67 years old and i never imagined in my whole life to have the WORST pain ever. 😭

      @@Rolliej1996 some time wrong exercise can be worst ,( specially one leg on other leg's knee and stretching that legs by hand to the chest ) this exercise increases my pain, then I quit it and started walking,after one to two weeks,I feel relief. I am 24 years old , my sciatica pain reason is , injection in muscle near to the sciatica one year ago . But I felt normal pain , after sometime it cured automatically time to time in 8 months but Last month I do swimming then I feel little pain then I go to doctor for checking, he suggests me 2 exercise , one is both leg stretching by hand to the chest separately and second is pain leg on other leg's knee that would increase my pain , it could works different with different people, for some people it can cures , and for some it can increases pain , as I read comments of people on RUclips personally I feel it would increase ,but now I m okay I feel relief,

I have been experienced the excruciating pain nonstop with sciatica and before I saw this doctor saying stretch when you have in pain or to relieve pain and believe or not it got worse now I hear you and you say just the opposite and I’m so happy to hear it’s nice to hear honest people Without a need for bait video video

    I've struggled with sciatic pains for over 5 years, and had to give up on several lifting exercises. I did these stretches and immediately noticed a huge difference, significantly better than other stretches/methods I've explored previously. I will absolutely be doing these movement moving forward

    It's 5am , i couldn't sleep due to stiffness in my hams
    And i was having scietic pain for almost a month

    I wish I could give you a big hug!!! I've had pain and keep throwing my back out for 8 weeks!!! I am doing pilates which is helpful but this is giving me such relief!!! I bought a pull up bar to release but that wasn't cutting it. Thank you so much for helping to my road to recovery!!!

    I’m lucky I had this video as saved from a few weeks ago because I’m sick and for some reason when I’m sick I always get the horrible pinched nerve shooting pain! From the side of my lower back down my legs and even toward opposite side and down that leg too, but not as intense.
    Yesterday it was worse than I’ve ever experienced it before and I pulled up this video. I’m a bit of a pessimist when I’m sad or in pain so I was very sceptic, but… I ACTUALLY WORKED, and I was sooo relieved. I could sit down normal immediately afterward without discomfort as I whined and squirmed in any standing, sitting and lying position just 7 minutes earlier. I always rely on my heating pad so I put some support with a pillow behind my back and put the heating pad between and sat really comfortably in the sofa with a bit of a buzzing tingling in my legs. You really notice afterwards how much energy it took from you while in pain, you really feel drained.
    Just a tip, if you have a stiff neck and shoulders you definitely should stretch and warm up a bit first… because I didn’t and I regret not doing so lol.

      I feel your pain. I`ve had sciatica several times & it is excruciating. Seems to be worse when lying in bed

      @@JustineKawooya I have found no "silver bullet" but a combination of strengthening, stretching, & time usually help. What works for one may not for another.I have had a couple steroidal injections in my hip which did help to alleviate the sciatica.Good luck.

    I just came from “yoga with Adrienne for sciatica”, which seemed to help a lot despite some careful, light hamstring and piraformis stretching. During the 30 minutes it’s important to support your lower back on the floor - it felt pretty good the way she does it. The key is paying attention to your body.
    I like your intervertebral “opening” and will try that again, but I had the opposite experience with “flossing” the nerve from a seated position for two days prior to today. It seemed to result in a lot more pain a few hours later. So I’m not going to try that again. I even lowered the number of repetitions from 20 the first day to 10 and it didn’t help. So I’d say also really pay attention to your own body. I may try flossing again at some point, but for now I’m not risking that level of pain again.

    I am suffering from l5 & s1 hernation as a result found in .y MRI,since 2018.Iam 52 years old now,& still suffering from pain at the back of my right leg down to my small toe.I Felt the pain,tingling,tighting,numbness & everything.I already undergone rehab but the pain & everything still there.I followed ur exercise & i feel a better.Thank you .

      @@dougconleyiron deficiency causes red bloods cells to not be able to travel properly and you can have easier injuries because of it, and it’ll struggle to ever heal if you continue to be in iron deficiency. Other than that the other vitamins that can be related to bone or joint pain- b12, b6 and b1 - probably worth just getting a multi B vitamin. Then electrolytes being off balance can also cause issues but I think that’s more so just cramp like issues in the calf - calcium, magnesium and potassium. you can also do that with ice packs and ibuprofen
      I also take tumeric and ginger root because they naturally lower inflammation.
      You need to get inflammation down, and get the pressure off the pinched nerve. I’ve been only laying on my good side for a week or so, and taking vitamins and sleeping in a position that doesn’t re aggravate. Things finally seem to be starting to settle but I don’t want to speak too soon.

    I have really bad sciatica that results in numbness and tingling down my legs and experience satellite anesthesia at times. It needs to be diagnosed with an MRI so this may not completely fix it. But I did these exercises a couple of times and my god the relief is amazing. My mobility is restored in a lot of ways. The tingling is expressly down and I'm able to move around much better and faster and stand straighter so thank you

    Just tried this for about 20- 30 minutes I feel a HUGE RELIEF OMG! The pain isn’t 100% gone but it definitely made a big difference. Hope it works for you guys 🙏🏽
