Although I do think letting the sentries get a buff from supports is a good idea, it would look pretty weird since there is only one barrel, I think giving the sentry 2 barrels would make it look better.
i believe, honestly, it can stay at the strength it's at now. but for the sake of all the players who love this game, lower the cost of unlocking them! 4500 gems is a VERY tall order for most players, especially since for those who cant reliably solo grind hardcore mode. i'd say a price range equal to, or even a bit lower than accelerator would be managable.
I feel like Engineer is a great support for team gameplay. I do appreciate the sheild update too, allowing the sentries to have that extra life is an acceptable make-up for them getting totally destroyed before
the sentries need to be affected by supports or engi isn't that good if the devs make the excuse of "oh well actually the sentry is a robot so it wouldn't make sense to buff it" then they need to remove the turret from being buffed by supports

I also wished they nerfed the price of the engineer because its too expensive. Almost twice the price of accel.
Its too late for nerfing the price, people have bought it already. It would be unfair. Also, losing doesn’t give more because that would not fix the problem of that losing is better for grinding. Winning should always give the better rewards
you should not use the medic in solo but in duo rounds or more then it works out as you can use medic while other players can use commander and dj. medic can combo with all of the other towers
I think that engineer should be an event tower or its price should be lowered to at least 3k cause thats not what you would expect from a tower thats almost 2 times more expensive than accel

Engineer should get a buff such as max lvl there can be different color warmachine sentries red= fire 21 burn damage blue: freeze 0.1 sec freeze yellow chain ability such as piercing through enemies and continuing to hit more green: acid burns through led and defense white: an ability the paintballer could have it shoots bullets which explode into white stain making hiddens visible to all towers for 5 seconds black: No peace is the name a bigger turret and has 45% more dps+ shoots out a powerful AOE bomb attack which does 105 damage the rarest turret. This should have been the engineer saying how tds has already copied bloons engineer.
The triumph reward for hardcore is pretty useless for me. It’s so damn difficult to find a good teammate that actually follows the strat, and half the time they disconnect. Then, even when all those circumstances don’t happen, I die to bad rng on wave 50 because void reaver just HAS to spam the soul steal ability over and over again. Even though there is only 1 void reaver now, bad rng still gets me everytime:/ I’ve kinda given up getting engineer as it’s not really worth it and I can’t win hardcore to get it fast

So apparently, if you triumphed hardcore now, after 10 wins you can get accel where before it was like almost 20 - 30, and engineer needs 18 wins on hardcore instead of 30 - 35 so the total is 18 wins on hc, sadly now I think duo hardcore is impossible and so is beating it with no special towers

Engi is worse than accel at late game, but the good fact is it can become a early-mid and even late game tower, I think that is the reason engi is good.

Honestly, I feel as though everyone is using engineer in the wrong way. It's a support tower, meant to be used with other towers, kind of like commander. You can't just shove all your engineers together with maybe 3 commanders and a dj and expect just to WIN the second-hardest gamemode. It's a strategy game, and engineer would better be off being placed in areas not covered by your accelerators or minigunners, so you can place the more important towers up front without having to worry too bad about those cracks between. Of course, you could also have rangers (which some might say is a better choice because it has a higher dps, and it's cheaper to be even able to HAVE) but in another sense, that would be like comparing the old versions of freezer and electroshocker. (Back when freezer had it's ability, and electro was still p good) one was still better than the other, but they still did practically the exact same thing. I think that people should be able to experiment with whatever strategies and loadouts they want without being forced into conforming into the standard meta. That being said, Engineer is a support tower. It's meant to be a backup, not your main defense. Otherwise, it may not perform well. I don't actually have the Engineer at the moment, so take my word with a grain of salt; but I'd like someone to have their friends use accel, mini, etc in the front while having engineer between them and the back. (Don't put them in the VERY BACK, next to the exit; I mean in an area where you can still get damage in while still being farther back from your main defense.) -And tell me how it went in my replies. I don't actually know if it'll work. Edit: Actually: Building off of this, a tower doesn't need to be better than accelerator to be considered good, I get the comparisons of the two because engineer is another hardcore tower and costs more than accelerator, but the overpricing isn't a good reason to just call it a 'bad' tower. I think engi is a mid game towers, bc it does well on the middle waves bc os the sentry's splash damage and good dps for mid game, but not good for late-game so it's probably the design that below make to the engineer that it doesn't do well on the fallen king.
Accelerator shouldn't be nerfed at all or else that grind will become near impossible. Engineer sentries need to be buffed by supports and should likely have rockets that can be launched out of it.
For the event, they didn't have enough path finding experience and that is really hard, and for the engineer.... basically everything is the same reason.
No engineer still sucks because the shield only works when it's stunned but the hardcore buff is good because now you get 250 gems for truimphing but I think that they should buff the normal regernation for hardcore like make it 2x gems for two weeks or something
That's how it's meant to be, it'll attack the first target it sees, and it will keep on targetting that enemy until it dies, that's what makes accel unique from all the other towers

I think accelerator is only better on final waves. For an example, when I use accelerator, it REALLY struggles against fallen and tanks because of its charge. With engineer though, it doesn’t need to wait to charge, so it does constant damage, making it better on earlier waves.

Rangers are still op, with Commander max ability right now, Ranger does like 305 damage every 2.3 seconds... with 10 rangers.

The higher reward on triumpf makes it so people actually tries to beat hardcore.

It's just that explosions from sentries doesnt do much dmg to fallen king, bear in mind that fallen enemies all have explosion resistant
Ok i think the best way to use it to solo fallen is that you also use accel and it will add a lotttt like a lott more dps
id say engineer is worth it if you have a team of people with rangers or accels that will be an ez fallen win and will make the boss fight 10x easier
Accelerator shouldn't be nerfed at all or else that grind will become near impossible. Engineer sentries need to be buffed by supports and should likely have rockets that can be launched out of it.
that and the actual tower not the sentries needs buffed too because it kinda sucks as a starter tower which is it meant to be

People forgot that accelerator locks on boss and ignore all enemies in front of it while engineer doesn't
Just one stomp and the target will change also the mysteries and guardians are faster to fallen king so its not a problem

No engineer still sucks because the shield only works when it's stunned but the hardcore buff is good because now you get 250 gems for truimphing but I think that they should buff the normal regernation for hardcore like make it 2x gems for two weeks or something

accel needs to get fix cuz when theres enemies in the front he attacks those that are in the back even if u have targetting to first
That's how the accel works and I'm not joking he targets the first one he shoots and keep shooting until it's dead
That's how it's meant to be, it'll attack the first target it sees, and it will keep on targetting that enemy until it dies, that's what makes accel unique from all the other towers

I think accelerator is only better on final waves. For an example, when I use accelerator, it REALLY struggles against fallen and tanks because of its charge. With engineer though, it doesn’t need to wait to charge, so it does constant damage, making it better on earlier waves.

I defeat tank easily in solo fallen with just 1 max accelerator, 1 max DJ, 3 commanders and 2-3 max gminis

each gmini has 120(?) dps, so 120 x 3 is 360, iirc that’s slightly more dps than 1 max accelerator
