    Good information. Lots of videos talk aboutmthe effectiveness of calf kicks, but few show how to avoid damage from your opponent when they block with the shin.

    Thank you! The step outside move to hit the calf more is essential!

    Could you make a tutorial on how to kick like Alex pereira (kicking with ankle without telegraphing) to do damage and not hurt your ankle please. Great video though.

    In street fights it's better to utilise you shoes and stick to groin kicks.

    thank u for the video. But when i see breaking shin, sometime they not step inside (like chris weidman). I'm not sur their is a very safe way to land it except for pereira or i have miss something

    • @Attilamma
      @Attilamma  Месяц назад +5

      There is a safe way to land it. You have to know WHEN to attack. I cover this in Lesson #4 of my Calfkick Instructional.
      If you follow the rules i teach in that lesson, you will avoid the tragic accident that happened to Chris Weidman.

    Do not agree, no step right wth a kick, you loose half of a twist and strenth. Only step foward, it`a long distance kick)

    • @Attilamma
      @Attilamma  День назад

      agree, step forward = more power, step out = gives better angle to prevent shin block. Safest way to deal damage with calf kicks is via accumulative damage vs going all in (when it works, it works well but there is slight chance to collide with the bone if the opponent reacts well). Its a game of percentages✍🏼

      @@Attilamma I understand what d you mean, bone to the bone, it could be double knock out or even broken bone, like my champ Silva. But step out(right) does` t work at all. It` a phisics.

      @@Attilamma By the way, in this video fighter kicks like i was teached many years ago, push your finger to the knee. When i used to to kick like this - fear of the bone escaped and no finger been injured during the practice, only bones😄
