  • Lamington is one of the most popular cakes in Australia. Moist and fluffy sponge cake cubes coated with chocolate and desiccated coconut make the ultimate dessert.
    🍞INGREDIENTS
    ☘️Sponge cake
    3 Medium eggs (55-60g with shell/each)
    Milk 45g
    Unsalted butter 35g
    Vegetable oil 10g
    Cake flour 80g
    Caster sugar 60g
    Vanilla extract 4g
    ☘️Chocolate sauce (for coating)
    Dark chocolate 80g
    Unsalted butter 20g
    Milk 60g
    Cocoa powder 5g
    Cream 50g
    Caster sugar 20g
    ☘️Coat with desiccated coconut ☘️
    ** Preheat oven to 165C/330F
    ** Bake at 165C/330F for 35-40 minutes
    ☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

    ☘️**預熱烤箱至165C/330F
    ** 165C/330F烤制35-40分鐘

    萨姐,中秋节会出广式月饼嘛??我去年弄的就不是很好,月饼烤好后底部有点塌陷导致月饼大屁股了😭跟着萨姐弄的美食从来没失败过,期待萨姐的配方!!

    這可以常溫多久

      看室温多高,一般20度左右3-4天没问题

      可以,但是由于烤盘比较深,出炉前用竹签测一下是否熟透
