A gt3 is a whole different level. The running costs are tripled compared to the gt4.

Ngl this video is more interesting than the one on the main channel haha. But honestly, this car is so damn cool. I hope to get to drive a race car one day, even just a GT4 car like this one, and even for just a couple laps. It must be such an amazing feeling!
As a Simracer I am very thankful for the detailed explanation of all the displays and buttons. It's funny how I would have assigned different functions to the steering wheel, but in reality the layout makes perfect sense 😅

Man I am so grateful this second channel exists. So much interesting knowledge that you'd never get. Being able to move the controls as opposed to the seat must be a game changer. I was not expecting 500bhp, that's going to be fun in the wet lol

well shit, I just asked for you guys to bring us a 330i minichamps this year but now we'll need a GT4 one. Thank you for going through the dash, wheel and buttons. I'm a huge BMW Homer and have the wheel on my sim rig.

4:03 it’s called Flax. BMW and Porsche use it in motorsport as it’s more environmentally friendly
And it's even more expensive as carbon. The front splitter is 7k euro's. We ordered a new one last year but still ran the damaged one as we didn''t want to brake another one before this season😅
The cloth per square meter like for like is cheaper than carbon (even pre preg versions) so that’s surprising. Crazy money there for the splitter but not unsurprising
@@dobbo_f21 yeah i know the material is cheaper but everything with an eco sticker has to be more expensive😉

Is the wheel the same as the consumer version from Fanatec in regards to the BMW logo being a D-pad and the shifters being push-pull? Just curious as I’ve owned the M4 GT3 wheel for a little over a year and didn’t hear you mention anything on either. It’s a fantastic wheel. Very comfortable to drive with!
