[1] Editing is getting better, no more dizzy camera pan (almost there)
[2] Apple Grace did a very good job presenting the house, no hiccups, pause searching for the correct descriptive word and seemed very comfortable and natural (she could be a night person)
[3] House facade looks grand in the evening with those lightings
[4] vast living and dining space, high ceiling plus the spacious bedrooms (except the one on the 1st floor) the industrial/stainless utility kitchen is another "wow" factor
[5] Php45M seems OK depending on location
[6} most of all, I must not forget to say Apple Grace is so beautiful

Nicey built house, very generous spacing for all the bedrooms (with spacious WIC 🤩❤️and en suite T&B). Lanai and backyard area is beautiful ,plus the helpers room was well thought off Very good design indeed. Kudos the builders of this house 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 this may not be the best house out there but this captured my heart from so many I’ve seen ❤️👍

I do love the way how Grace presented the house tour but I do hate the camera angles when Grace is moving around. It is just not stable enough and I suggest a mic that is better because the echo is not good

When i do, I want you to be there darlin' when i climb the stairs and turn the key...Oh wow, i'm dreaming again. Oh well, 'di naman bawal ang managinip. Pero alam mo, kung ikaw ay isang panaginip, gugustuhin kong wag ng magising. And as far as my favorite part of the house, ang master bedroom syempre, tsaka yung lanai, tsaka yung living room, saka yung kitchen, kung meron din sana 'tong library room at game room, they will be all my favorites.
