Ang ganda ganda ng house, na amazed ako pag pasok sa auxiliary kitchen, galing nang pagkakasunod sunod mula kitchen hanggang sa laundry area. Amazing. Nakakatuwa din spacious din ang staff room at nasa loob ng bahay. Very nice.

HI Jake!! An avid fan here!! This is so far the most amazing house I've ever watched from all your house tours!!! All the rooms are big, it's like all the rooms on the 2nd flr are just like a master bedroom already. The maids quarter is also spacious. The coolest thing is the laundry area, it has a designated space for the washing machine and for the water hose as well. And WOW!! First time ever to have a room alloted to be an IRONING ROOM, huh!! For me, the owner of the house is very meticulous and particular even in small details!! (so maarte like me, hehe) If I have 45 M right now, I will DEFINITELY, SURELY BUY this MAGNIFICENT house right away!!! I'll just have the entire outside garden to be landscaped making it a lush tropical garden, Have the entire house be interior designed by Mr and Mrs B!! Then have the concrete fence higher!! Architecturally simple, like Japanese home. Great lay out. Fine materials of wood, stone, tiles, metal, glass were used. The grand open space could be multi function, for entertainment, exhibit, grand dinner, etc. Love it.

wow.. the staff room is so spacious na para siyang one of the bedrooms. sabi sa description ay may provision for swimming pool pero di mo yata nabanggit kung may provision ba for electrical wiring para sa pool pump and mga pool equipment. But overall, maganda yung layout ng bahay at yung presentation mo sir Jake.. kudos to the team..
I think this is the best property MetroGuide, thru Jake B., has presented. Maybe a buyer could negotiate the price since it has no swimming pool that the future owner surely will build one at his expense. The balcony could have a wooden or steel railing on top of the thick tempered glass for safety purpose. I did no see a bath tub aside from the enclosed glass shower room. In summary, the house is elegant, beautiful, well designed, an everbody's wishful asset & property & a very secured house as it has its security system.

What a Great presentation of the house.. very detailed, but hopefully next time do not note the location of CCTV and their scope, cause that is one of the main security features of the house :) other than that this is a Great House and Great presentation. Very nice and improved so much from the videography, details and i love the morning/evening look so the potential buyers have an idea.

Ang ganda kulang nlng swimming pool.
Its quite expensive thought the specification if the property is well designed. The location is not a high end location compared to like in Alabang and other compound in Quezon City. I just hope that the compound security is very well managed. I love it.

I just wish though that the laundry, ironing/folding area does not pass through the heavy utility kitchen to avoid food and cooking smell sticking on freshly washed and ironed clothes. I also wish the island was much bigger since there is enough space on the kitchen and dining area. I would also love a separate walk in pantry with clear glass door right next to the service kitchen! Overall, this house is a knock out!
