I love the layout and the 2 extra rooms on the lower ground level... I can see myself taking a nap in one of those rooms.... para rinig ko ung waterfall effect sa pool hehe
I love Metroguide’s house tours! Makes me excited building my own house! 😊 But please please avoid using dangling words. For example, instead if saying “over there” just say “there”. When you say “you can potentially” you can already remove the word “potentially”. Avoid also saying “very” and “really” all the time. You don’t need to speak in English especially if you’re not comfortable with it. You can put subtitles if you’re worried about your English speaking viewers. I’m no pro, just my two cents. 😊
No need to be grammatically perfect at all times, Jake speaks fluently and he is very easy to understand so that's what's important. Even native speakers aren't grammatically correct everytime. I mean I understand what you mean na speak tagalog if not comfortable but I think it applies to others na talagang nag sa stutter or nag ba buckle while speaking english.
