i wrote myself a letter on my 28th birthday 🎈 | short film

I always knew there was a part of me that felt a little sad whenever I think of my childhood and my inner child. I could never quite put a finger on it, until recently, after speaking with my coach.
There was one memory that resurfaced after the call that stood out to me, as if reminding me of something I’ve locked up far far away, and I think, for the very first time, my healing has finally begun ☁️
I wanted to make this moment feel permernant, a constant reminder that I can look back on in the only way I know how to, so here’s a video that feels too vulnerable to put out, yet somehow,
something in me tells me that I absolutely should 🫶🏻
