I spent the last hot days of this summer - how else - in the kitchen 😁
Basic yeast dough
500 g plain flour
1 pinch of salt
40 g of sugar
200g of plain yoghurt
2 eggs
200 ml of milk
20 g of fresh yeast
50 ml of oil
Mix all the ingredients and knead a smooth dough.
Leave to rise - for quick processing in a warm place.
If you are not in a hurry, overnight rising in the fridge is ideal.
