Spend an almost autumn cozy rainy day at my home with me ☔🍂
Gingerbread with apples
1 cup of semi-coarse wheat flour
2 cups of plain wheat flour
1/2 cup of ground nuts
2 spoons of cocoa powder
2 spoons of gingerbread spice
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of kefir
3 eggs
3 grated apples
baking powder
Mix all ingredints into smooth dough.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
