“He is richest who is content with the least, for content is the wealth of nature.”

The Caraway cookware kit costs over $600, my guy. She's richer than most people on the planet.
@@Mel-ul8sr She's not and she deserves the wealth that she has earned.
so nice to have a fall video when it's not 100° out right now!
Such beautiful & peaceful content as usual. Thanks for sharing. Love the clips with your chickens🐓
So cozy! Love the wraps and recipe ❤
Love this cosy video with the yummy recipes and home making ideas ❤
HI 👋 RACHEL THANKS FOR SHARING ALL THE THINGS YOU DO.
I just wait for your videos… loved them so much
@@shivanirusiya7039 thank you so much! I greatly appreciate you watching 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Thank you for creating this videos for us so comforting! Def going to try the chicken recipe this fall for my family.
Wow how easy to make bee wax wrap thanks for sharing and that pot collection absolutely beautiful ❤
I definitely need to try the dinner recipe 🤎
Your dinner looks delicious. Great video.
Love your fall videos
Hi Rachel. I have one of the Caraway large skillets with a lid I got 2 years ago. I love it and use it every single day. It washes easily, but I have to say the outside and inside will eventually have brown spots that will not go away. It's much better than a traditional cast iron skillet and is easier to care for. I don't think I have the patience to bake my own bread, but the inside of yours looked perfect and I'd eat it in a heart beat. I'm a pumpkin spice girl so I might have to go to Trader Joe's for the body scrub and balm. This month has been so nice and I love not having to use the AC. Have a great week and keep those recipes coming. :))
@@queens6583 it’s definitely a process, every few loaves I get the perfect one, and sometime they look a little off but still taste great haha it’s a process for sure ☺️
@@racheltalbott Your doing great and time plus experience will only make your bread better. Can't wait to see what you do with the dehydrator.
Rachel! I've tried a number of artisan sourdough loaf recipes and the one I love the most is a combination of 2 recipes that Allison Bickerstaff put together. The recipes is on her website but she also made a RUclips video with step by step instructions. It's a simple recipe but it makes a big, beautiful sourdough loaf every time. I implore you to try it! Another great sourdough inspiration is Farmhouse on Boone, I'm sure you've heard of that channel. Much love, Danielle ❤
@@danielle_rb thank you!! It’s strange because my recipe is hit or miss sometimes.. I think it comes down to the proofing because sometimes I get these big beautiful fluffy loaves, and sometimes they are more flat. They always taste the same, but it’s bizarre haha. I’m still studying to figure out why this is..
Hi Rachel I think your sourdough looks great but think maybe you're inconsistency is to do with the bulk ferment. After the stretch and folds I'd leave to rise for min of 4-6 hrs. I'll see if I can find a great recipe for you. Should help with scoring too.
@@Fermerswife thank you! I will try that!
Waiting from last Friday ❤
Hi Rachel - Great fsll video 😊 I can't seem to get the Caraway cast iron link to work. I'm so glad they sell cast iron. Thanks!

Hey Rachel
How do you to keep your house so beautiful and clean?? ❤
@@torianagibbons3731 thank you. I clean a little bit everyday, and my husband helps with the cleaning, along with our children (if we remind them 🤣). I will say though, it rarely stays clean. It seems like I turn around and it’s messy once again haha
Racheal, lovely video. just an FYI: honey should never be served/mixed with hot food. I came across this piece of info recently. There are studies supporting this. As per Ayurveda, when honey comes in contact with warm/hot food, it becomes poisonous.
Hello I was
Wondering if the Caraway cast iron set is better than the original beautiful ceramic set with gold knobs? Wondering if it’s the same as far as durability?🤔 I am tossed between the two. Thanks for all your wonderful videos❤️
@@Smango3451-vw4lp it’s a personal preference, but cast iron is a personal favorite of ours.. 🫶🏻
❤❤❤
You are superwoman that’s for sure
Where did you get the bookmark from?
@@melindabiddy7165 that was a gift from my mother. I think she got it from a farmers market maker 🫶🏻

Doesn't parchment paper have toxic chemicals?
@@ssreehari it depends on the brand in many cases. You can find nontoxic parchment paper, but I also prefer unbleached paper if possible..
Hello Rachel! Would you be interested in receiving handmade beeswax bread bags by small business owner from Latvia for your sourdough breads?☺️
Not me thinking in the video still you were ironing salami 💀
Hi Rachel i recently just got married and watching you wear your gorgeous rings and I wanted to ask do you workout or sleep in your wedding rings? Thanks :)
@@isabellarubini3249 I don’t workout or sleep with them on. I usually take them off for that & showers etc
Do NOT bake your sourdough bread in a beautiful new white cast iron. It will turn black fast!
