That is wonderful! Thank you so much. Stop eating sugar has also helped me a lot. I saw that you use honey in the tea: Just as an information - honey should not be heated over 40°C. Otherwise it transforms into a toxic substance. Below 40°C, it is fine. Thank you for the video, I loved it!
@@krishnamurti007 Oh wow, thank you so much for that info! I had absolutely no idea. Do you typically wait for your drink to cool before adding honey? Yes, sugar is so bad. I have a sweet tooth myself and can always feel it whenever I decide to be flexible with something I’m eating. It definitely loses its appeal once you realize how much better you feel without it!
@drlindalopez Dear Dr. Lopez, it is so nice to hear from you! I studied a lot about ayurveda, and in that ancient Indian medicine, they say that honey over 40° turns into ama, which is a toxic slimy substance. Therefore, I don't put it into my tea. Also, because I don't drink anything that must be digested in order to not produce ama and keep the digestive organs busy. Likely, ama is produced when we eat something before the last meal is digested. So, I like honey on bread. Your video has helped me profoundly, and I thank you again for it. I wish you all the best of the best!
@@krishnamurti007 This is so interesting, Krishna. I love learning about the other ancient and holistic medicines. I’m sure I could keep picking your brain on this forever so thank you for sharing this info with me :) And thank you for connecting with me as well. I hope you have a wonderful week!
