These are the 2 things I would focus on if I were starting my mental health journey all over again
So much of my work with clients is focused on mental health and guiding people to a place where they feel more confident and they realize that they don’t have to identify themselves with certain labels.
My passion for mental health comes from my own struggles and the journey that started for me over 10 years ago. Since then, I've done tons of research, tons of self-experimenting, a lot of tweaking and modifying ( and I still do change things up pretty regularly when I come across new ideas or information!)
But if I had to start my journey all over again with what I know now, these are the top two things I would prioritize above all else to get me started on the path to a healthier mind.
