    Loved this video and so looking forward to hearing about swimming lessons! Since you are adding in another type of activity will this effect how you are fueling your body with food? Would love to see a video dedicated to fueling your body for workouts as I have been struggling to figure out what my body needs to support the activity I do. Sending love! 🥰

    Erica what is this machine for the protein ice cream? And I would love to see you mix the ingredients or write the recipe somewhere for us. Also can you tell us how many times do you go for a run weekly and the kilometres that you run daily-weekly? It would be nice 🤍 Thank you for your help ☺️ God bless you xx

      It’s called the Ninja Creami! I have tons of recipes for the ice cream on my TikTok! I run 3X a week and the mileage depends on what’s in my plan from Runna!

    If you ever get bored of your rice cake snack try it on chocolate rice cakes and add a bit of reduced fat whipped cream on top it's chef's kiss💋
