Top tip to all those not lucky enough to live in a dry climate, cover ALL suspension bolts with copper grease before putting them back on the car. That way there's less chance of them seizing up if you need to take them off in future. Also jack the suspension up before tightening bolts as it puts less stress on the bushings when the car is back on it's own weight.
I had a 99 civic lx just like this one. I bought it in 2001 with 37k miles for 9,995. It was my first nice car. 105hp non vtec boy was it slow. I put a cold air intake hoping for some more power... eh maybe it did something. Good to see these still running around.
