The Gay Pride parade is where each individual no matter what background they come from gets to celebrate who they are without being judged or criticized. Being a police officer is more than just a full time job. It's also a lifestyle, and a big part of these officer's lives. The uniform represents who they are, and the pride they have for being who they are. If they can't celebrate openly like everybody else. Then honestly these individuals who organized the Gay Pride event are mucking up what it stands for.
