BRT system in Jakarta is one of the best in the world. I hope the MRT and LRT Expand more lines to reach every corner of Jakarta city just like BRT system.
Honestly, at some points, BRT systems in KL - Bangkok - Hanoi are better than Transjakarta, despite their limited route. I think the ridership of TJ had just started to take off when they introduced hundreds of non-segregated line feeder routes reaching low-yield destinations and smaller roads. Even though they have the massive BRT system they still remain one of the most traffic congested city in the world, in fact number 2, after bangkok, and no way manila is included even in the top10, traffic in manila is just the effect of wrong doing by Filipino commuters and drivers, Filipinos are used to counter flowing, overtaking, not staying on their lane whether it is public or private vehicles, commuters used to wait and drop off to udesignated bus stations. And Filipinos always complain about everything.

Hence we have to deal with masses that is addicted to private vehicles and refuse to move to PT. Had we did build metro and fixed the commuter train system back then, it would've been not as bad as what we have now, although the current administration is trying their best to undo that.
Indonesia really is improving public transportion fast while Philippines’ public transportion is one of the worst in the world. Although many projects are lined up in Philippines, I just want my fellow Filipinos to have discipline, because some people don’t have one. SMH

Are you sure? You have no idea about the traffic in jakarta.
I hope philippine improvements ASAP.

Jakarta Transportation is getting better from year to year and is not wrong for Asean rank 3.
Moreover, Jakarta will soon have the first super-fast train in ASEAN that connects Jakarta - Bandung
In this comparison clearly, Malaysian Sunway is the most exclusive, the most expensive and dedicated for commuters in specific areas. Considering the size of KL, the Sunway is hardly public transport. And I wonder why Bangkok BRT has low ridership, even with their existing railed transport system, the traffic around Bangkok is still packed

Jakarta brt uses more than 2000 (two thousand) busses, so using them in jakarta so enjoyable, but i am not sure if another country uses only 24-30 buses. Is that true? Wow
The Bangkok MRT was just a pilot line to test the market. It never really caught on despite not being more expensive than normal air-con buses . On the other hand, Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) operates public bus service in and around the Bangkok metro area. It, along with privately-owned co-operator under BMTA brand, runs an extensive 458 routes and comprised of various types of vehicles totalling around 13,100 (thirteen thousand) vehicles. It carries over 3 million passengers per day. Together with bus services, the SkyTrain and Underground Train services are also quite established.
RapidKL only have one proper BRT route with 15 electric buses. Others normal bus use bus lane.
@Akmal Fawaz It was a typo. It was meant to be Bangkok BRT - as you can see from the description about air-con buses.
