I have an SC2 that I am trying to update before my first use, but this updater application isn't working. How can it still be such a complicated process in 2024? This video is the latest produced by Schuberth, and isn't any more useful or accurate than the device manual. As a techy person, it's frustrating (and embarrassing) that I can't accomplish a simple firmware update.
Seriously. I've been working on this for hours and hours. It's brand new, all new hardware, new phone app, new device manager software directly from your website. I have uninstalled and reinstalled that twice. - Even if I decide to ignore the update, each time I open the phone app it says I need to update the firmware to "experience a better product".

I have recently purchased an SC1 Advanced, the box says SC1 Advanced, the label on the unit says SC1 Advanced but in the config app it says SC1S and there's no FM radio. The seller said Sena had disabled the FM Radio because there's been complaints about it. I suspect I'm being lied to. Please can you advise.

Sc2 update always crashes at 35% EDIT: switch to my laptop and there the Scubert program recognizted my SC2 as what I had named it (Tommy C5 (SC2)). It worked on the laptop
Hello SCHUBERTH, please update fw for the following scenario: 2 Rider talking each other via MESH and if one of them receives a phone call the mesh is interrupted without any sign/beep/voice/information and the one who not received the phone call keeps telling telling telling the stories without knowing the other end is on a call and out of MESH conversation... So annoying ! Thank you
As with other posters, I can't get my SC1S recognized in your device manager, disable everything nothing. Uninstalled/reinstalled still nothing. I just bought the unit from Revzella too, had to replace my 3-year-old SC1S, the + button failed, out of warranty :(...disposable world in which we live i guess
Hello thanks for your presentation In the document it means that for memorization of thé flash frequency you need device manager ou Apple app. In the 2 versions i dont see where i can sélect and memorize fm frequencies for sc1 advanced. Could you help me please?
looking for some help .i installed my sc2 to my c5 helmet , everything works fine apart from the voice activation it did work but not every time i firstb installed it ,reset to factory and reset firmware i now cant get anything from hey sena .any ideas thanks
Please give us the possibility of selecting a real British English voice. The blurry American voice can be difficult to understand. I have to use the German or Spanish voice but I would prefer to use proper English.
I have to say, that after riding around the world with my first Schubert, I was excited to buy my new SC1S. I realise that today it's now a couple of years old, but even for back then, the audio quality is absolutely atrocious! I kept hoping that an update would improve it, but I think that they just chose the cheapest worst speakers they could find! It's worse than the sound from my old Nokia 3310! I thought that Schubert sold premium, devices, this is just embarrasing.

SC1 advanced on a Macbook Pro...big problems for the app to identify the device. Once identified never get more than 70%. Really disgusting Schuberth
