    Hi Peta, ( malar bags reduced by 70%)
    Thanks for the wonderful program. It just hasn't changed my looks but lifted my spirits and I am some much in love with myself and feel calm and serene. I am 48 and have malar bags for years. I started your program last year in June and results are just wonderful. My malar bags have reduced by almost 70% and results came after I finished series 3 for the second time. It is so magical. I would like to add that I made few other changes in my life style like cutting down carb intake, eating more veggies, fruits and nuts and most importantly eating light dinner 3 hours before I sleep. I have started sleeping early. Workout 20 mins five days a week. I am a working woman and I am more organised now. One good thing always triggers another good thing.
    But all the motivation came from facerobics and I always believed in this program.
    Peta your program has brought discipline, energy and over all well being in my life and I can't thank you enough for that. You are a legend!

    If you go into the exercises with a negative attitude then you wouldn't have success! At your request I have been incorporating the face yoga at night for about a month and I have noticed that my exercises have gone to the next level my face and the muscles are lifted more and more! This is a wonderful program you have Peta thank you for bringing it to us! Have a great week Peta!!😊💟

    I started to notice the "cheek dents" in my early 40s (am now 46) and have to say that I do think the facerobics exercises work to reduce the appearance. I also do a face massage to accompany the exercises that seem to take out the puffiness. I notice if I am a bit slack with keeping up with routines, the dents become more pronounced, and then look better once I'm consistent again. So in my personal experience it's really worth giving it a go! Thanks so much Peta, I really really love the style of your method, and like fact that the routine changes every 6 weeks. X

    Thanks Peta. This has been an issue for me forever. People telling me l look tired etc, etc. I even ecplored surgery in my 20s but the surgeon said l should wait until my 40s but l never went back. Now early 60s and they just look worse. I have been inconsistent with the exercises but l am committing to the 6 weeks and see how it goes. Today is Day 1. I will chronicle my experience.

    I had surgery Last summer, this was the only way to fix my lower and upper lid problem. it's amazing now, but I am still doing facial expericise, guasha massage, LED and microcurrent for my whole face. this helps me to look 10 y younger with zero injections.

    I’m glad I found you. I will follow your instructions. I’m hiding my malar bags are so bad I don’t want to go out. I use an eye mask pressure on my eyes and it helps too but by noon the protrusion is so bad I can’t see. Omg. I’ll try

      Vimmy thanks so much, as explained in the video, its in the act of the squeezing of the muscles with the repetitions that helps reduce puffy eyes and protruding. Give it a go, it might help. 💖

    Ok...going to start..Im 59..look pretty good but noticing 1 eye under on top of cheek looks worse....Ill be back to tell ya how it went

    Hi Peta! I've completed series 1-3 and was ready to start 4 and had to postpone due to some changes in my life. Its been 3 months now and I want to start again. I have joined your gym and I'm wondering where should I start with the exercises?

    Hello Peta, I'm a fan of your channel on RUclips. I was wondering if you have any exercises to strengthen the levator labii superioris muscle. I can't lift the right side of my upper lip as much as I can lift the left side and it shows when I speak. I have desperately been looking for a way to wake up that muscle on my right side. Thank you for your help.

      Hi Ca7643, thanks so much! You need to be doing the full face routines, you cant just do one execise on your face with my program as you will run into more problems.     Hi peta, just wondering, as this particular exercise is not included in any of the series, do the exercises included still address this issue as all the muscles are connected? And also hollow eyes exercise is this addressed in the series? Or do I have to do a separate set for this as we are not allowed to change the series? Would appreciate your response thank youuu x

      Hi Robert, yes you do. Take a week to learn the exercises then start them. You can learn the exercises from the playlist in the playlist tab, put them together in the order they are listed in the playlist and start the exercise set.

      Go to series 1 and learn the exersizes and do it for 6 weeks 50rep for 2 weeks 100 reps for 2 weeks and 150 for 2 weeks then take a week to learn the next series and do the next one same number of reps.its like a rotating exersize program.hope this helps :)

    I had lower blepharoplasty and still have malar bags. Terrible surgeon. Money spent for nothing.
