As a kid I was shy(introverted) but I knew I didn’t like it and always wanted to be more outspoken and extroverted. Things happened in my life( me leaving the environment I was raised in) and without me realizing, I naturally became more of who I wanted to be. So I thought I had to always put myself in environments to help me change to who I want to be. Although I was right, I found I didn’t have to do that. I just had to be very aware of my thoughts, how I was judging myself and things around me, and change those thoughts with ones I actually want. I read some books that confirmed this and I swear for the past year I’ve been getting closer and closer to my ideal self and as I evolve my environment has also naturally been changing. I literally see(perceive) the world differently
I started using the bouncer analogy for myself awhile ago for the RAS it definitely makes a difference internally which obviously shows externally. It's like the algorithm of the 3D just like social media making recommendations based on what you watch aka focus your attention on. Love your video thank you!
