Bought a Turbo Cvt and am just loving it. Beautiful 4m car. Drives smoothly and volume space can easily accommodate 4 adults. Love the 205 mm ground clearance too. 6 year warranty rather impressive too. Nissan obviously backs their product. Loving every drive!

what are the quirks and user experience to the previous year Magnite? any parts known to fail within a suspected timeframe, and what sort of preventative maintenance needed to be done to ensure it runs 100% and great job Nissan for not using Piano gloss on the dashboard. cause those finishes will blind the driver when the sun shines on it. thats a big plus for me.
Better check your brakes. The factory supply these cars with faulty brakes. Even they say they cannot be fixed. I am trying for a FULL REFUND from Nissan

Lol you need to be sensible in making this decision, 1st you’re comparing cars that’s are slightly competing in different segments, the Jolion is a much bigger car and it comes at a more higher “premium” compared to the Magnite, fuel efficiency is another factor in your comparison with the Jolion having a thirsty engine. You should consider your budget as well, if you’re willing to spend R450k on a car which is R100k more than the Magnite then it’s not a problem. The Jolion is a good car but just consider why you want to buy a car.
It is because its cheaper than other cars. You can pay to upgrade your interior at the dealership which i did. Soft touch + leather interiors modification makes this car feel much more premium.
The Magnite - In under 1 year and less than 10,000km the brakes are gone. We have been informed that the brakes are faulty from factory. Unsafe vehicle

I mean they are both in the same prize but you get more for your money in the Magnite in terms of features, warranty but the urban cruiser is more practical compared to the Magnite and you will most likely get a better resale value because it’s a Toyota. But I’d lean toward the Magnite, personally🤔
I bought the Suzuki grand Vitara, The comfort and the build quality is far much better than magnite. The interior is more premium than the magnite . Magnite interior looks very cheap
Honestly speaking it is nice charming car, but the the instrument cluster and informntainment is poor and their 360 decree camera also bad i am only complaining about interior quality is bad. EXTERIOR IS WOW.
The wipers made a weird noise right from the beginning as if they’re getting stuck same story with the brakes, they made a grinding sound when applying brakes. I had the Acenta CVT, I had it for about 9 months. The brakes sound improved after the first service I’m not sure what they did, but fuel consumption and everything else was great.

Fortunately or unfortunately, not sure lol I had to sell it coz I was leaving the country for a while. I liked the car shame especially because it was light on fuel and it is a pretty car but it was just annoying to have those issues on a brand new car. It’s stuff that you can live with though, I never got a chance to take it in until it had to go for service 9 months later where they told me that the wipers are worn out🙄kanjani kwi moto ena 9 months. I would buy it again though if they would sort out those two issues.
My mom just bought it in June, the Grey one CVT turbo, so far it's smooth and great on potholes ( it feels like a bakkie when going through potholes)
