Your content is the only one that actually tells measurements on the track bar. It was great thank you so much for the information. I’ve fallowed this and your lift kit videos to a tee on my 2011.
You're welcome brother! I try my best to give as much detail as I can without making the video to long. Thanks for watching and the support. Happy New Year!!!🙂
Finally! A video that actually showed the struggle of getting all the bolt holes to line up versus showing it magically completed. Thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to deal with this crap not working perfectly like the instructions make it look. I've been installing a Carli leveling kit with track bar today. The hole on the drivers side of the track bar wasn't even close. Fortunately the wife brought dinner home so I had to quit for the day. I'll try turning the steering wheel tomorrow and see if that gets me there. Thanks again for showing the whole process.
Hey just a heads up for those that dont know like i ised to not. When using a crows foot and a torque wrench the crows foot HAS to be at a 90degree angle to the torque wrench. Just make sure the opening of the crows foot points to the left or the right at the end of your torque wrench.
I just installed this on my 12 Ram 2500 today it didn't go as easy as the YT videos I've watched? I had to separate the tie rod on the drag link to get the Passenger side bolt out? I had the wheels cut all the way to the right, I even had My wife turn the wheel lock to lock to see if the suspension would move out of the way? Nope might be the year of my truck? It's a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie short bed. With the Cummins Diesel. I thought the torquing was going to be the real PITA. It did improve the handling will be better when I get the alignment done to recenter the wheel 🛞 the instructions said the wheel would be off a little after the install.
I never had deathwobble. Only put the track bar on because I done a lift. You can replace the bushings in your track bar and see if thats causing your problem. Bad track bar bushings will definitely cause deathwobble. If you have a lift then you just need to get a adjustable track bar.
Watching you align, the bolt hole made me go in to seizure. All you had to do is stick the tapered end of your prybar in the hole. That’s what it’s designed for. Otherwise good video.
Your idea works if you lift the truck off the ground. I've never had any luck with that when the weight is on the tires and I wanted to show it can be done without lifting the truck. Thanks for watching and sorry about the seizure 😄
I appreciate the videos. I want to replace the track bar on my 95 4x4 but I going to install a newer front axle so I can use the third gen brakes . So I need to see what's available for my situation

How much of a lift do you have?
Great video thanks for sharing keep them coming glad I found your channel great information I really appreciate it I'm sure everyone else does also
Thanks man!
Nice video! I’m about to install mine.
Thanks
I love your commentary 😂
Thanks man!
whats the measurement for a 6" lift??
What year model you have?
@@isolateddieselperformance3261 2008 ram 2500 6.7 diesel
You will need a carli drop bracket and measurements should come with it
So the passenger side bolt is just spinning and wont come off at all. Any advice?
Look on the back side. Should be a flag nut holding the bolt in. The flag nut might be spinning. If so wedge a screw driver in there to hold it
Nice informative video great job
Thanks man!
What Milwaukee right angle impact are you using in the video. I'm looking for one. Thanks.

So did it work? Or help? I have a 2009 Dodge Powerwagon with Death wobble. Numerous replacements and still cant fix it.

Why put anti seize on at all? Seems counter intuitive if you don’t want it to move?
To prevent rust. Never know when you might have to remove something.
It says on the sticker on the bar to put antiseize on the threads in the bar and to put locktite on the threads under the jam nut
Correct Sean Sims
to confirm, did the factory bolts fit?
Yes sir like a glove!

Was thinking the same. Tapered end was asking to penetrate. Great video.
Do you have a link where you ordered? Thanks.

Did you need to get an alignment after the install?
Yes because I done a 3 inch lift with it.
I appreciate the videos. I want to replace the track bar on my 95 4x4 but I going to install a newer front axle so I can use the third gen brakes . So I need to see what's available for my situation
Thanks. Hopefully ajustiable control arms will let you use a 3rd gen axle. If it will you shouldn't have a problem with anything else
How do you like the ride quality of the rough country lift?
wait till you change the control arms, get ready for a few hrs of cussin and throwing s#!t
Be there done that. Here's the video.
