The more one love learning the more one is close to upsc. I think one should keep on talking with themselves explaining themselves whatever one read or write a day.... The two things that makes upsc difficult is 1.Competition 2. Study for hours regularly every day despite of feeling bored or uneasy.

Financial condition also Matter for this , people's got selected from rich family background , because they don't have family responsibilities , future security , whereas it's not possible for a poor person to sit home 3-4 years without doing nothing , and unfortunately if he did not selected , what will he do for his livelihood for future ? have anyone saw the Cost of those Upsc test series ?, it's above 40k + optional coaching also needed , it's nearly cost huge amount for a single attempt
Coaching fee structure is definitely too high but I think if we r not able to pay then self study is the greatest option. Nowdays various sites and channels r available on net, one can use them wisely. I'm also from poor background and family's financial condition is too weak and I'm very well aware of that. But this can't be a place where I get stuck on the way of my career. I've applied for a job and I'm preparing by myself and also took responsibility of my monthly living expenses and supporting my family. No matter how rich or poor background u have but if u have the laser focus on your goals there's always a way to catch them. All the best bro!! 👍
