Esa karne se jitne aspirant reserve category se general category me sift hote hai, utni reserved seats Khali ho jati hai to fir un seats ke liye waiting list ke aspirant liya jata hai.maine aap logo ko easy language me samjhane ka prayash kiya hai. If a reserved candidate cleared the exam based on the general cut off, without any reserved relaxations, how is that not a general aspirant? By your narrow definition of merit, they are more meritorious than others below them in rank.

can a candidate from reserve list(supplementary list) get the post of IAS,IPS, or they would get lower central services posts, as you did not explained how the people from reserve list will get the post allocation.
General category students are getting affected in reserved seats allocation. Even 50 percent seats are not available to gen students and they represent more than 50 percent of population

There aren't any seats reserved for Gen candidates. Infact the 40% seats left are unreserved meaning anyone can contest on it so OBC actually contests on 77% of seats and eligible for it. While EWS 50% and UR only 40%
