@@cadetsrishtiratan2672 Sister, I actually know this story of not getting posted after getting selected twice through UPSC CSE of Respected Abhijit Yadav Sir. Sir, applied for UPSC CSE as OBC NCL category in the attempt in which he got AIR 653 in UPSC CSE , but as both of his parents are in PSU jobs as Group A /B officer , so Sir didn't get posted because if your parents are Group A or B officer in Govt Sector, u will not get benefits of being OBC NCL Category. & Sir was not aware of this fact/ condition. But, the Rank of Sir was good enough (AIR 653) to get into the Service as general category candidate, but, as during form fill up , Sir filled his category as OBC NCL So, he didn't get posted through his rank was enough to get the posted as Civil Servant because once u select ur category during UPSC CSE form fill & submit the application form, later u couldn't change the category. So, it's really very bad luck & the ruthless truth of this world is -- we don't have control over our luck despite the fact how much we are deserving. & The next time when Sir got selected in UPSC CSE, he was in reserve list (which in terms of rank stands after final merit list) of UPSC CSE Selected candidates. In case of reserve list, the condition is if the selected candidates don't join the job/service, the the candidates of Reserve list will get joining. In this case, as all the selected candidates of final merit list joied the job/service, Sir didn't get joining call letter. So, Our Sir was very unlucky candidate. But, he was & is still one of the most deserving candidates of becoming Civil Servant..

He has become so strong and gained so much patience, capability in doing anything that even a person who cleared UPSC in the first attempt will not be able to match his caliber if he is given the opportunity(hypothetically) to showcase his talent as an IAS. Next year prepared harder and cleared tier 1, but failed tier 2. Decided to prepared again much harder, cracked CGL 2017 tier 1, 2, 3 and 4. Unfortunately, it got delayed due to court cases and expected number of vacancies got reduced. And lost by 1.5 marks.
Now, I decided to move on with life and work into IT.

No ias is ias. Ias job is 1st position rather than any job. After cabinet Secretary the respect will deserve only ias officers because those people faced so much depression when failed attempts

In what sense u say" ias is very small in front of them "plzz reverse this sentence ok. In a year very few ias officers will only select so u can imagine their hardwork and intelligence.ias officers help so much poor people ok

Unspoken part of the civil services examination is fear uncertainty and doubt.
    Steps :
    1. Have a strong why
    2. Believe in yourself that you can do it
    3. Have a plan
    4. Execute daily
    5. Recheck or flow up the plan
    You're so Inspiring sir 🔥🙏
