So the main thing is if you only want to be a civil servant because of its sparks and facilities then you should reconsider your thoughts. There are challenges in every civil service. If you just dream about bunglow & cars & other comforts then this job is not for you. Only aspire to be an IAS OFFICER or a IFS OFFICER if you are passionate about that service. Thank you very much for this video. I really loved it.
TF with passion , whoever say they are doing it for the good of society are all lying just give me an example where they do any good for the people. In India a government job is considered a stable job because my grandparent used to be one and they get pension and benefits and from this all people believe that having a government job means job security and social status. Government is earning a lot of money, they charge way too much tax in petrol and gas and earn a lot of money through all type of taxes and then just give you a government job and make you their dog and whenever you try to really bring a change they just suspend you or change your cadre. Everyone wants their good , they don't care what happens to people.

Coming from a very traditional & conservative family, I haven’t been bought up with this “Nuclear Family” ideology. So it is very hard for me to leave my parents behind & work as an IFS officer. My parents are fine with it but I feel guilty. But my main problem is when they reach 70 years & are fully dependent on me, it will be very hard for them to travel with me to different countries (esp if they are on wheel chair), also the food, climate etc. Also if I leave them in the Delhi Residence with a maid, I feel loneliness will torture them (esp if one of my parent passes away). Therefore it is not feasible to carry them with me to the missions abroad, neither will it be easy(for me) to leave them behind alone in Delhi. But I want to be an IFS officer too. I know we have to sacrifice a lot to serve the country but no matter how trivial my reason seems to others, it actually bothers my mind. Hence *”FORCEFULLY”* I have to quit thoughts about IFS & rather join IAS,IRS etc.. so that I can serve the society & take good care of my parents as well. Can anybody inspire me as to why I shouldn’t quit trying for IFS? Can anybody please help to resolve this dilemma of mine? PS: My father gets good pension too (after he retires). Also I’m a single child.
You told what is in my mind also Many people who choose IFS as first choice come from elite background and their parents are ready to travel with them along their posting
Hey, I have read somehere that there's a certain scenario that if you are a single child you are able to take your parents with you cause they are considered as emotionally dependent. Even I go through this dilemma being a single child too :) But who knows what future is like and perhaps those countries might have better facilities too and you move every 3 years . I know it won't be that easy for them but who knows what if they actually are in a good health in accordance to their age and they even enjoy travel. Just think you'd be able to make them visit the world too! And I wonder if we'd be happy if we just chose this over other things we aren't that passionate about. Even our parents won't be happy for us quitting our passions due to even thoughts of them. I go through this thoughtevery single day and I guess it is also a part of my day dreaming thing. But for now I think that whatever is to happen will happen who knows what the scenario would be down these years so it's better to focus on our dreams for now , achieve them and then if any problem comes we can do something about it . Not a *professional tip* but that's how I motivate myself at times🙃
I wouldnt convince u otherwise. Because you know your circumstances best and it is better if you pick a job keeping in mind the circumstances you are in. People who will give u advice have no idea how you have lived your life. Most IFS officers come from elite background and if not they at least have siblings that take care of their parents.

Very unpopular request but please in upcoming videos explain Indian information service (IIS). I've read that salary is low and also no information about work profile.
salary is same for all group a services including ias, ips, iis
@@missionpehlapageair1holypdf any source of this information ?
@@madhunjaysingh it's all over the internet bro just google the 7th pay commission salaries, there are many RUclips videos available on this too. Everyone knows it
@@madhunjaysingh IIS is very good job...you should do
❤IFS- First preference ❤
Sir do make a video , of your daily experience as IAS officer , and why do you choose IAS

INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
IAS Always 💪🏻🤞🏻🇮🇳🤞🏻
The only drawback that I.F.S. have is that your spouse cannot pursue his/her career afterward. Though in IFS you can be posted to delhi till retirement , if you deny going abroad. So in that case IAS will be better.
Kuch bhi😂😂😂
how will an ifs officer's spouse will pursue career abroad?@@anilmadavi253
Wdym when u say spouse cant pursue their career?
@@coldnoodles2951 it means ..if ur spouse want to stay together ... Then she have to left job ..
And live with husband.
Otherwise upto u ..
If u want to live alone without spouse or not ... .
But what will u do with all facilities... If ur spouse is not with u 😂 ..lol
Indian foreign service ❤
The top most post in india is National security adviser mostly ifs officers selected for it,,
Thankyou so much sir 🙏
I was confused and just found your guidance. 🌻

Sir, please make a comparison video on IAS vs IDES.
