TO BE HONEST, I wanted the perks, the opportunity to travel, and experience of working around the most prestigious people of every nation but I never really wanted such big responsibilities, the pressure they have to live in, it all looks amazing from the outside but it is a constant job of representing India in other nations... It gets tiring to even be present among my friends, I am not outgoing, I would rather stay home... I realized that this profession is really different from my lifestyle... hence I stepped down from aiming towards it... thank you for this informative video.

I want to represent india... I am hard working, so it doesn't matter to me how much difficult the work is. Since i am rational too so i would like to earn more for my hard work and sincerity. Home posting is not an issue to me. Plus i want to understand how the world is actually taking decisions at the topmost level. This job provides an opportunity to look for wider level of solution set ..for the problems all around the world
Sir, in your one of video heading "Diet and Nutrition" have discussed about breakfast meal and in that you have divided morning breakfast into 2 parts (major and minor). Now, my question is when we have to do yoga i.e. after taking major breakfast or in between minor and major.
2. Sir, whether is it right to take milk anytime like in evening with protein supplement? This question arises because one of my physical education teacher at school level had said that milk should be taken only at night because at that time the body easily digest it. Similarly he said that curd should be taken only afternoon, he even gave time range....i.e. 1-3 PM 😀. (Although it sounds funny but I respect him because he was very fit at that time and because of him I continuously enjoyed yoga for 6 years but after class 10th -10 CGPA everything destroyed😀).
3. Finally, sir I request you to provide your weekly diet plan (for afternoon, evening, night) because its time to recover again.
