@@chiraggandhi2560 No sir mostly. Because a large portion of book set what sir said is followed by a lot of aspirants for years. So 2 years is not time in which they can be outdated. But some parts like budget, supreme court judgements, foriegn tours, current affairs, it's just enough to go through 1 year before your attempt & not 2 years.

I am pass out of IITG and currently working in Samsung in banglore.
With job I was thinking to start my preparation but I was totally null and void regarding guidance. I just searched on youtube from scratch like how to start with job I watched your 2yrs plan, then resources, how to read newspapers and all this.

You can skip the spectrum and the politics in india (history obviously) books if you want to read bipin Chandra's books.
