Hey Roscoe, about the Sun fact, the sun is actually White, but our atmosphere scatters the short wavelength light, primarily blue and some green light from it (which makes our sky blue) which means the sun can only appear red/orange/yellow, this is also why the sun can look more red at sun set due to distortion, and more yellow during mid day, due to it having the least distortion. On Mars, there’s far more carbon than any other element in its atmosphere, which does the opposite of what our atmosphere does, and scatters the long wavelength light (red, orange, yellow) which is who it’s atmosphere is red, and keeps the sun a bluer hue, which allows for the sun set to appear bluer due to, again, light distortion.

There is indeed a fast enough camera to record 230 fps and much faster. There's a cool channel called Slow Mo Guys that specialize in said cameras.
