I Think The Outer Worlds is Broken...

- Опубликовано: 30 окт 2019
- The Outer Worlds is the latest video game release from Obsidian Entertainment. The lovely people responsible for the Iconic and classic RPG game that is Fallout New Vegas. This game has definitely taken some creative inspiration from the fallout series and is getting dubbed Fallout in space by most reviews. So Today it is up to The Spiffing Brit and his love of anything with a Video Game Exploit to dive into the outer worlds and see if it is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits. Or if there is a chance the One Hit Sniper Strat Is Broken...... Yes perhaps the developers did not intend to allow players to one hit their way through most enemies in the game. Hmmm Perhaps this outer worlds glitch will go un noticed.
This video is going to be packed with funny clips in a montage style of british humor!
If you enjoyed this then check out my other 100 stat man and perfectly balanced game series videos!
It is also rather similar to Robbaz , Valefisk and RT Game in style of content!
So sit back relax and enjoy this Outer Worlds exploit!

Glad to see that the stealth archer build is still relevant.
Stealth archers are OP and immortal
The stealth archer build is so powerful that it transcends games.
Darren Robson I main stealth archer in Animal Crossing, not as op but still better than every other build
🌍👨🚀🔫🧑🚀 _Don't make me say it!_
Can confirm, stealth archer is still well and alive in Cyberpunk, its just stealth pistol.
That’s not an exploit. That’s just having a ranged focus build.
its kind of like a sneak archer build in skyrim, you get the x3 perk for bows and you are 1 hitting everything that you weren't already.
will blizard I also wanna know what difficulty he is on because that shit don’t always work on supernova
@@tristankeech4070 im going to try this on my supernova run,i did a similar build sneak/long guns early and this is all i did, combat was non existent, not fun but easy.

Is there anyone who would complain?
The problem in skyrim is that every animal is a potential witness you have to kill before your bounty is removed.
This man finds glitches and exploits in pretty much everything now we just need him to find an exploit that gives us thousands of pounds into our bank accounts in real life, or an exploit to give us unlimited amounts of Yorkshire tea.
Glitches are hard to find irl. Exploits, unfortunately are not. Just launch a religion, pyramid scheme or Silicon Valley startup and you're mostly set.
He outplayed the steam market once, so...yeah
Even if we had exploits for Yorkshire tea I would still buy the tea
or you could try getting some bitches without an exploit nor glitch. cause I sense a lack of bitches.
Game developers: We had QA testers to make sure things aren't broken
Spiff: Hold my Tea
QA are sneaky basterds
Why is this not a meme
Why would Spiff allow anyone to hold his tea? Good grief, think of the horror if they spilled it.
Knowing obsidian. They probably actually sneaked a couple to spice things up just for the meme value.
Not going to be able to cheese this much on supernova. This is normal difficulty they made it for the purpose of just playing for the story.

The British East India Company approves this message.
If only that were the case.
The sniper “glitch” is nothing compared to the melee science weapon buffs and tinker ups that allow you to literally walk up and one hit every single thing in the game but the warden which takes 3 hits to destroy without focusing on the battery cell on his back. I maxed the science hammer to where it was hitting almost 13k damage each hit on everything. Using the power attack makes the damage stack a ridiculous amount and hit more than one target in front of you so it is stupid easy to wipe groups of anything.
Now that’s what I call world breaker
The Legion Courier be like
I did this playstyle for supernova and loved every second of it I put a fair bit of points in intimidate, 2-HM and dumped max science at the time it was still 100 and made a meansunofabitch

Spiff: "Guys, I found these wonderful exploit in game X!"
Everyone: "oh, please tell oh wonderful Spiff!"
Spiff: "Listen up! you just keep grinding away playing the game like
normal and when your ready to beat the game you're high enough level to
do a lot of damage and make a lot of money!"
Everyone: " ... "
First of all, you and me start working at the bank. Then we just go there every day, do the work, gain their trust.
Alright, so how do we get the money?
That's the beauty of it, they deposit the money into our account.
That's called a JOB.
The funny thing is you can be this strong the moment you get to the ground breaker at the start of the game, the prismatic hammer or w/e shows super low numbers for it's base damage but the power attack does much much more. When you get it it's level 5 i think and already for me it was 1.1k, specialized in 1h, not 2h, and not even enough science to tinker
@@asmira4190 And it deals all elements, in a ranged area of effect. Spec into science, and you just won the game.

There’s a difference between over powered and an exploit. Grinding to get a good sniper build isn’t an exploit. Doing the speech loop for money is. edit: my point still stands
Overpowered builds are literally exploits.
The game's mechanics, as implemented, allow you to break other mechanics. This isn't a 'good sniper build'. This is broken.

No, its just a good sniper build.
@@RaG0dofTheSun good sniper build combined with fight low level npcs and playing on easy mode
Well he does claim that the game has no exploits.
I found a glitch for infinite money, one of the side missions is glitched where you can't interact with the person that finishes the mission but it still counts as you finished it, so if you go to the person who gives you rewards in the medical centre on the big ship, you can 'finish' the mission as many times as you want, getting all the rewards
Which side mission?
@@chickenflavoureddog5020 solution vital, it's the part where you have to talk to captain Irioh, but it can get bugged and he'll be stuck in constant 'running away from combat' mode. realisticaly, you don't need to. throughout the game you'll find a bunch of stuff lying around, and also loot from a dead foes. junk, food and drinks, weapon and armour mods, rare weapon and armour you don't need - it all goes for sale. just grab it and sell to any vendor you have good reputation with, and you'll be fine. it's not billions of credits, ofc, but tens, maybe hundreds of thousands. and it'll be more then enough, because in this game you'll spend money almost exlusively on weapon upgrades. but you don't actually need to spend a lot on it, because, as you progress through the game, you will find a more powerful weapons to use. so couple of thousand to improve this, couple to improve that, and you'll good. so as your wallet.
this game is easy on it's own - you don't need such strategies to make through it, or to have fun. just play as you normally do, and enjoy Halcyon. this colony... well, it's not the best choice - it's Spacer's Choice :D
Yeah when I got to the final part of the game I had like 25k from just playing and selling stuff. I pretty much only bought armor and guns. Never bought anything medical or ammo. You find so much of everything that you never have to worry about stuff.

The seductiveness in your voice when you thanked the moon man for the 2nd time has me feeling conflicted
The damage isn't all that impressive, with a plasma rifle you can build something similar that scales with long guns and science. I ended the game doing 3k dmg.
that isnt helping the case of the game.
Now that's alot of damage!
@@LazyKingAus it is because on supernova difficulty you need to deal that much damage
If you get the science hammer, you can 20 k damage
I feel like I'm missing something with the money exploit. That seemed like it barely made you any profit. Like, hours and hours of repeating that to reach the amount you had.
The money system is a joke in this game since it becomes practically worthless over 10K as there's nothing worth buying it's only good for bribing and upgrading weapons.
He used console commands to give himself that very flashy and whole number for the bait
8:36 nice head shot ;)
I actually just strolled through the final mission using my corporate disguise.
Moral of the story: Drugs help you win.
Too true.
I don’t know… firing a sniper rifle into someone’s head and killing them doesn’t feel like a bug.
Is it just me or would anyone else love to see spiff make a let’s play channel?
Hey I just found your channel and I gotta say after binge watching like four hours of your content I love u bro u play games like I do with the single goal of how can I become god good stuff old boy
Somehow Moonman would become relevant again in 2019
Moonman moonman can't you see

Jokes on you I have a hand cannon that does 1500 damage per shot, plus giving my follower the mind control gun means the enemy won’t even shoot back.
I love that the game can be gamed like this. I hope it makes the devs creative with what they decide to do next with this for updates and possible expansions.
I actually was shocked he didn't do a melee build with the science hammer. You can do 9k dam per hit with out stealth and with a full party, and heal after everything you kill effectively making yourself immortal
There is this amazing tea brand from the states I like to enjoy on the regular. It’s Folgers. Great stuff.
I quite enjoy some jamesons, bit more expensive though
One shot One kill as it should be.

In my first playthrough I didn't even realize there was a final boss. I was a hacker and stealth. I stealthed through the entire Map, reached RAM, but didn't know there was an Automechanical there, and just hacked the Terminal and killed him that way. I didn't fight him at all lol.
" That's not an exploit. That's just having a ranged focus build." -Tristan
"You tried the rest, now try the best, outer worl... Err, spacer's choice"
Spacers choice motto is opposite though. “You’ve tried the best, now try the rest. Spacers choice”

@@FelipeLeonRandom I legit just laughed out loud and woke my wife and kid xD
I've done the calculations at the end and you've made a net loss of 850 with your exploit scheme. Hmmmmm. Maybe business works differently in the UK.
It does. Hence why they're all busy fucking around with Brexit votes.
It's because he got a run of bad luck on the mod drops. You can sometimes get pristine rare mods, which in my playthrough (almost no speech skills) sold for 700+. Normal Rare mods, which have a 20% chance on salvage, sell for around 350. The trick is only buy armor that's under 60. That's not including the calculations of common mods. When those are factored in, as long as you buy under 60, you have a 97% chance to get a ROI.
@@Deadsnake989 why not show a clip of that then, why show a clip of losing 850 bits
@@notNIKITAzed laziness. It's pretty clear he was doing this off the cuff in one take. He was just showing proof of concept.
You can also save and reload to guarantee that each item gives you a mod, but this might take more time than it's worth.
Your methodology with npc’s is exactly what I was thinking when I killed the dark brotherhood in skyrim
I did a heavy wepons build with a flamethrower and its so funny because i can sneeze and instakill basically any enemy
XD
