@@munchies982 so there are a lot of ways to kill npcs in new vegas that don’t count towards your kills. Obviously you can get two groups to fight which is pretty easy. Outer Worlds is the only of the "you can kill anyone" type games that I did a play though that felt like it was planned for the player to kill everyone. Its honestly a fun way of going through the game. I do like that the towns feel about as hard to kill everyone as you'd expect. Most of the people don't know what to do about a serious threat. A lot of the guards are equipped with trashy weapons and armor, with a few top of the line and skilled people here and there. They actually did a good job of establishing the unregulated frontier aspect. Most people are farmers or mechanics, not soldiers, and you would never be able to maintain a high tech military or militia cuz of basic economics. And the core worlds are fat lazy stupid and almost useless, which also makes sense. I like it. Too many similar games paint the government as all powerful and almost invincible which creates two issues: How do they have any problems that need solving? And how is it you, the lone adventurer are able to defeat them so easily? Same reason I liked New Vegas. Yes the Legion is powerful but not invulnerable, and their situation in the Mojave is delicate. Same with the NCR. And yes Mr House or the player can be powerful IF they get the robots upgraded and running but that takes some work and its not enough to defeat either group, only to push them out of Vegas. You can make an independent New Vegas but not take over the whole wasteland. Thats Good Writing.

Honestly, this was the first run of this game I completed. It's a lot of fun for some reason, and I found it hard to go back to playing this game normally.
For me the biggest challenge Outer Worlds had was keeping me interested after the Prologue, I dunno what it was but the game just lost me early on and I never even left the first planet before I gave up.
this vid convinced me to play The Outer Worlds again after like… 2 years maybe it’s because I’ve played New Vegas now, but I enjoyed it a lot more, and a side note, I love the design of the trip-blade, idk why
I think not killing Phin is the right choice. He trusted you and now EVERYONE except him is dead. He is the sole survivor and will live and die alone, haunted by his mistake
I just found this, but ironically i was surprised you didnt try a science build since you love melee weapons. The science weapon in groundbreaker is easily one of the most powerful melee weapons in the game. If you up your science and melee and then tinkering up to max you become an unkillable god with a hammer that shoots all the elements on a wave with power attacks.letting you kill people at range and bash their faces in up close. By the end of the game nothing, and i mean nothing took more than 3 power swings
I just did a run like this a little while ago. Very fun, especially getting rich off of the corpses in Bentazium (or whatever the fancy city is called)
There was a hidden area on the ground breaker that had three enemies and the best two-handed melee weapon in the entire game, the prismatic hammer. Legit, if he had gotten that weapon, the entire run would be a cake walk as it works as a ranged weapon as well. It's the only science weapon that's actually good.
The best part about this kind of challenge run is any npcs that have legendary weapons that require you to kill them can be acquired with no moral issues
This is just a simple suggestion, but I would like to see it “can you beat The Outer Worlds with only a shovel?” There are two types of shovels in the game, a 1-handed and a 2-handed, both are available in a building attached to Edgewater
yes please do another outer worlds run, this is one of the best open world RPGs of recent history (in my opinion) and I feel like doing a character run instead would open up to some interesting videos
The Outer Worlds was one of the first video games I ever played and it introducing me to such advanced manouvers as jumping and crouching was genuinly helpful.
What these Melee focused kill everyone runs remind me most of is the Michael Myers of the most recent Halloween Films, but ESPECIALLY Halloween Kills. So, yeah…Pretty Awesome.
The Outer Worlds is one of my favorite games of all time so thx so much for doing a challenge on it, it means a lot to me and the game has helped me and my mental health a bit, so it’s great to see an amazing youtuber do a video on it. Oh also, on my own I beat the game with only the super uper duper secret Science Weapons in the game, super difficult, but a lot of fun bc of the crazy effects, would recommend… yknow if you wanted to do that for a challenge or something… if you don’t want to that’s okay… but it’d be kinda cool if you did…
I propose: can you beat Fallout as Hank Hill? Just a shirt, your legs to kick their asses and every item that use gas (better if it is Propane with propane accesories).
Now don’t get me wrong here, I love the shit out of your fallout videos, but gosh Don if I don’t enjoy you playing different games. It opens up like a whole spectrum of entertainment opportunities you can access. So Keep up the variety it’s good shit
I did this run with the unique science hammer back before it was nerfed on the hardest difficulty and it was absolutely ridiculous, glad to see this game getting some love.
When I first played this I killed the first guy that gives you the gun just to see if I could and quickly realized what kinda game this was gonna be 😂 yea fuck the Spacers Choice
LETS GOOOO I JUST REPLAYED THROUGH OUTER WORLDS. I actually got 3 achievements to go on PS5, hard, supernova and the one that you get for getting everything else.
I know I'm two years late but I think outer worlds should be a potential candidate for a future "gifts and rewards" run, as well as a potential fakeout for abe Lincoln (if you can't make the starfield run work) in terms of actual challenges in game I think going for a science weapons only run could be interesting, as there are ways to make it viable, and seeing how you'd approach it would be pretty cool. You also have the option of doing a "Company Loyalist" run - wherein you help one specific brand, and nobody else. eg. you use exclusively spacers choice gear/items/weapons etc, and only do quests relating to them as a company, and if the option exists to screw over the competition you take it. That can apply to a good amount of potential companies, though it would make less sense for others - i'd let you decide that also one of the DLCs added a ton of Tossball memorabilia, so doing a "tossball player" run might also be a potential idea, though thats just a melee run with extra steps
Oooh, I got an idea for a video; Can you beat Skyrim with only a shiv? The only way on getting a shiv I believe is through completing the quest in Markarth for the "Forsworn Conspiracy"
Hey Nerbit, it’s me again. The person that gave you the challenge of beating fallout 4 as Nagito Komaeda. Yesterday was Saint Patrick day, the luckiest time of the year and was wondering how far you made it into the challenge. Just checking in! Thanks! -TVGM
I don't know why but half way through the video wanted to listen to Steam Powered Giraffe's song Rex Marksley leading me to hope one day that'll be one of the challenges. But probably not
OW's was great for the first few hours.. unfortunately however it lacked filler content. Wasn't any reason to go out of my way.. did love the amount of skill checks throughout the story tho.
I would recommend a run where only your companions are allowed to kill things, but I know from experience that with high leadership skills the companions in Outer Worlds are devastatingly effective and proficient in combat, sometimes even more so than the NV companions. Could still be just a fun video to make though.
Idea: Can you beat skyrim as Willam Wallace from Braveheart? This challenge includes beating the main story, Freeing Skyrim from the empire, Joining the companions, having a fellow nord as a companion, and finally helping every nord you can throughout the game. P.S you also must have a high bounty in all of the holds that the empire controls until you help free Skyrim.
I tried to do this play through when the game came out. Everything was going swimmingly until I began exterminating Stellar Bay. The beginning of that murder spree has left me with a game that crashes if I so much as think about mass murder.
When it comes down to it, between Outer Worlds, Fallout, Skyrim and other open world games, Outer Worlds isn't the best choice. It's Spacer's Choice!

Babe wake up, new Nerbit video dropped
This is just a simple suggestion, but I would like to see it “can you beat The Outer Worlds with only a shovel?” There are two types of shovels in the game, a 1-handed and a 2-handed, both are available in a building attached to Edgewater
yes please do another outer worlds run, this is one of the best open world RPGs of recent history (in my opinion) and I feel like doing a character run instead would open up to some interesting videos
1:02 “but that’s going to be the last thing on my mind” while mind has the worst stats well then we are off to an amazing start
I loved Outer Worlds, I loved this challenge, and I absolutely want to see more!
The Outer Worlds was one of the first video games I ever played and it introducing me to such advanced manouvers as jumping and crouching was genuinly helpful.
All I want is a Sledgehammer only playthrough in Fallout 4
glad to hear your going to do more with the outerworlds, look forward to it
I did the exact same thing my first playthrough.....
They put a glass wall between me and Phineas...
He's so cool about it too.....
What these Melee focused kill everyone runs remind me most of is the Michael Myers of the most recent Halloween Films, but ESPECIALLY Halloween Kills. So, yeah…Pretty Awesome.
Never knew you could fly the Hope into the sun, guess low intelligence run is my next run.
You can also use Adreno-Time and lower your Intelligence Stat Like That
@@thecommanderplays5651 i never used any of the consumables other than the base heal
@@TheRandomEevee Ah xD And I always end up with like, 60 Pounds of Consumables
@@thecommanderplays5651 easy money
It's worth doing once just for the dialogue option and your sidekicks' reactions, especially if you have the DLC.
The Outer Worlds is one of my favorite games of all time so thx so much for doing a challenge on it, it means a lot to me and the game has helped me and my mental health a bit, so it’s great to see an amazing youtuber do a video on it. Oh also, on my own I beat the game with only the super uper duper secret Science Weapons in the game, super difficult, but a lot of fun bc of the crazy effects, would recommend… yknow if you wanted to do that for a challenge or something… if you don’t want to that’s okay… but it’d be kinda cool if you did…
I just started this got it free on epic stores enjoying it
I propose: can you beat Fallout as Hank Hill?
Just a shirt, your legs to kick their asses and every item that use gas (better if it is Propane with propane accesories).
This is the first time I've paid any attention to The Outer Worlds, and I think I was right to do so.
🤣🤣🤣
Anyone: *exists*
Nerbit: so you have chosen death!
love that you chose outer worlds
Outer worlds does not get enough love in the gaming sphere. I had such a good time with it when I beat it when it came out. Nice to see you cover it!
I would love more outer worlds content. I imagine you’d be following this with the ‘can you beat outer worlds as a group’ or the ‘not killing anyone’
LETS GOOOO I JUST REPLAYED THROUGH OUTER WORLDS. I actually got 3 achievements to go on PS5, hard, supernova and the one that you get for getting everything else.
I know I'm two years late but I think outer worlds should be a potential candidate for a future "gifts and rewards" run, as well as a potential fakeout for abe Lincoln (if you can't make the starfield run work)
in terms of actual challenges in game I think going for a science weapons only run could be interesting, as there are ways to make it viable, and seeing how you'd approach it would be pretty cool.
You also have the option of doing a "Company Loyalist" run - wherein you help one specific brand, and nobody else. eg. you use exclusively spacers choice gear/items/weapons etc, and only do quests relating to them as a company, and if the option exists to screw over the competition you take it. That can apply to a good amount of potential companies, though it would make less sense for others - i'd let you decide that
also one of the DLCs added a ton of Tossball memorabilia, so doing a "tossball player" run might also be a potential idea, though thats just a melee run with extra steps
I have never seen outer Worlds before but this pretty much sums up what I missed
I would love more videos on the Outer Worlds. Really great game.
That was harsh. You sir... are a menace. Well done.
Oooh, I got an idea for a video; Can you beat Skyrim with only a shiv? The only way on getting a shiv I believe is through completing the quest in Markarth for the "Forsworn Conspiracy"
Once again I am asking for a fallout 4 while being chased by a terminator challenge
Hey Nerbit, it’s me again. The person that gave you the challenge of beating fallout 4 as Nagito Komaeda. Yesterday was Saint Patrick day, the luckiest time of the year and was wondering how far you made it into the challenge. Just checking in!
Thanks!

You are the BEST RUclipsr in my opinion keep the good work bro
Ain't no fees for your mourners if there ain't no mourners. Dystopian problems require dystopian solutions.
I really didn't care for this game, but I love watching you play it!
Everything he plays is good
It's been a looong time since Ive seen or played outer worlds. This is just amazing
Poor guy on groundbreaker stuck in a bathroom. When he gets out, it's gonna be a shock lolll
I don't know why but half way through the video wanted to listen to Steam Powered Giraffe's song Rex Marksley leading me to hope one day that'll be one of the challenges. But probably not
Parvati is anything but a "force to be reckoned with" LOL. She dies instantly on any difficulty higher than easy/normal
Heheheheh, evil! Slaughter! Chaos! This should be- nooo, Parvati!
Could still be just a fun video to make though.
this was a super fun watch (twice lol), i would love to see more outer worlds videos in the future if its something you are interested in!
Straight on man good stuff looking forward to more :)
I never knew you could wipe out the colonists by being too stupid that's amazing.
I tried to do this play through when the game came out. Everything was going swimmingly until I began exterminating Stellar Bay. The beginning of that murder spree has left me with a game that crashes if I so much as think about mass murder.
13:33 i could not stop laughing lol. i am a horrible person
I can already tell this is gonna be one hell of a vid
