Thank you for your videos. You are one of the only RUclipsrs that I don't roll my eyes at when they put a disclaimer at thee beginning. You are very professional and can be easily confused with a doctor :) Hope you are doing well.

Interesting, I was diagnosed with both, it’s been over a month still bleeding. Get heavy at time or light. Just had a D&C done and that’s how we found out with the samples that was taken.

They're both very painful to deal with. I have both too and the struggle is very real. It's also tough to know which condition is causing more of the pain and all the other symptoms. I hope you get to the treatment you need for it. Good luck.

Hi dear, thank you so much. I also have same symptoms. The medical team first said I have cysts in ovary and adenomyosis. Then they suggested to do laboroscopy and hygroscopy to burn those and inseart IUD. But they cancelled last minute the surgery because of my anemia conditions. Then I treated by iv infusion and high dosage tablets. After I went to surgery again, they done Laboroscopy and hyteroscopy, but they could not treat. They done biopsy and IUD. They introduced new word that I have stage 4 Endometriosis.. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.
Now till I am in bed I had that surgery last week.. 😔😔

100%, right leg pain, with all 3 contraption for top, middle, & lower cramp pain for a day and half to two days of pain every month since I was 10 years old, a little girl. 100% bowel pain until I relieved myself I was able to finally swallow down heavy pain killer pills with a few sips of water was I able to sleep through the pain for half the day. Traumatic, that's what it was. A hold to my youth and career.

I've just found out in my infertility ques that what I thought was fibroids is really adenomyosis. But you should know the expert in infertility, Dr Silber in St Louis, actually can remove this and preserve the uterus. I plan to go through this over the next year after egg retrieval....

I am diagnosed for severe adenomyosis and endometriosis..... I don't have a baby... I am 33 ..... I was detected for the same before 2 years at that time surrogacy was one of the choice to bear the baby, with IVF with 5 to 10% possibility...
That time i was stopped the medication and now even surrogacy can't be done with my own egg as it is of low quality...
Help woman to overcome this problem by immediate medication coz adenomyosis was expanding during every mensuration..
Now adoption is the only choice ... Asking God not to put any such woman on trouble like me

If it's not too expensive - look up egg-donors!! If you want your child 2 look like you then thats the best option (but either way I know you'll love your child no matter what he/she looks like).. But you can choose from (for example) if you have brown curly hair, light skin with blue eyes - I promise you!! There is a donor who has the same thing. But adoption (in my opinion) is wonderful from everything I've seen! You adopt a child/baby who doesn't have a safe home or a family - you become their "safe place" and I know that even if you think that "I'm not gonna love a adopted child as much as my biological" YOU WILL. And I'm soooo sorry that you're going through this.. The health system all over the world need 2 change.. Because women are suffering FOR NO REASON! If doctors were listening sooo many women would have gotten the help they needed much sooner. I hope you will have the family you always wanted, even if isn't the way you first thought it would be❤

I was told at 19 I had it, I ignored it think they were kidding cause nothing more was said, I'm a mom of 5, at that time I had my two older boys, the pain ugh, thought I couldn't have kids to 2019, I had 3 back to back, but my last had a c-section and then I knew something was wrong, for years I could go up stairs with out passing out, everyone thought I was faking, but now I feel it's in my throat etc, I'm now 36, have both, doc said he never saw someone run up a table, also have pelvic congestion syndrome from it, and possibly a blood problem now.. waiting on surgery, but can't even vacuum or do dishes, my daughter is t1 a brittle diabetic she is 4 diagnosed at 18m but wasn't caught cause of covid, my youngest daughter is 2 and has nerve problems still getting her looked at or a doc to take it seriously, my youngest son was born early due to the pain, he's 1, but couldn't see him for almost 2 months after birth due to breathing and heart issues from being here early... my older two were prefect, I hate to blame this but it makes sense now that I know..... for the best for not only you but your love ones, adopting or sergeant might be best, I thought I was allergic to pregnancy, but no my bodies just brittle

Hi Kanchana - I am not a doctor. I am a patient - I have adenomyosis myself. I haven't tried to get pregnant so I can't give you any tips. Please speak to your doctor about this.
      All the best. :)

Dear Shruti, thank you for the information on Adenomyosis. You have given the list of the pain I suffer. I was diagnosed with uterine fibroid & PCOS in the beginning stages of my pain and it took nearly three years for the doctor to realize that it was adenomyosis through an MRI. And you are right, some doctors disregard the symptoms. I was told their is no medication except that which you told. I am being survived by pain killer injections during that pain. Can you suggest diet and other things to be taken care of as you do for endometriosis?
Thank you once again for the detailed study and explanation.
Your journey is truly inspiring❤️. May the grace of God always be with you.😊

      Hi Divyasree,
Adenomyosis has been quite a challenging condition to manage and I would suggest that to see a specialist - for example, my endometriosis doctor also understands adenomyosis and that really helps give some confidence to work through this condition.
As for diet etc - the anti-inflammatory diet that I follow for endometriosis also helps me immensely with my adenomyosis. I'm assuming you've seen that, but if not, then I'll still link it here:
      ruclips.net/video/QqHHYUyngns/видео.html
But yes, as I work on my health further, I will add more content related to my diet. I've just experienced a lot of other health issues for over a year now so I'm so much slower putting everything together.
Hopefully I'll be back onto it soon. :)
Good luck on your health journey - if you still need to ask something, feel free to reach out.

Do you have any child?I just want to know my chances to have children?

    • @FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti
      @FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti  3 года назад

      Hi Sarmin,
Firstly, I don't have children and I haven't tried yet.
As for your chances of having children - your doctor would be able to guide you on that as each case is so different and it depends on a lot factors such as the areas in which the disease has spread to.

From what I understand about 60-70% of women with endometriosis will have a biological child - but most of them will have 2 get help with for example ivf.. But this is very individual, it's not guaranteed you'll have a child but also it's not guaranteed you will not have a child.. Only a doctor can tell you for sure
